Cons: not nearly as quiet as advertised. doesnt push nearly as much air as i would like.

Other Thoughts: I bought 2 of these as my very first Noctua investment. I was not impressed.
The description states
"Pressure-optimized Nine-Blade Design
Specifically developed for high-impedance applications such as CPU coolers, water-cooling radiators or cases with tight fan grills, the NF-P12 provides superior pressure and airflow performance."
It does not do this. On a push/pull setup for my evo 212 cooler, the 2 noctua fans do not move any air through the cooler unless they are both on 80% or more which make them very audible.
The 2 year old fan that came with my old $25 case is quieter and pushes more air than these $30 fans, effectively keeping my cpu a few degrees cooler at idle. i did not test the noctuas under a load.
I will consider giving noctua a second chance in the future but not any time soon. My case is much quieter without these fans and i do not see a difference in temperature or performance.

Pros: Silent, Silent.. SILENT! That is the main key I can say for this fan. I've bought 2 of them for the front of my case. And I can barely hear a thing. The air flow can be better. But honestly my goal was silence. And these delivered them. If you want amazing airflow I'd say these are not the best for it. But they are silent and provide enough airflow for a basic gaming rig.

Cons: Only con I can say is the stock price (Got mine on sale for 15 each though). So if its not on sale... Ew.

Other Thoughts: Again my personal goal for my build is silence. Computer parts run cool and can barely hear the fans. If I were to give it a con I'd have to say the airflow is on the rather small end. But it is there and is good enough. Had fans which provided better. Yet sounded like jet engines. I'm probably making the airflow sound bad. Don't get me wrong it does provide good airflow. But not the greatest. Silence is key here.

Pros: Now I have a case full of these fans, so everything matches. Matching isn't my goal. They actually are extremely quiet and I have not had one fail, yet. I have had two in a server case running 99% uptime for almost 3 years.

Cons: Not yet, it's just a fan.

Pros: Bought these for my 24 bay media server, original fans sounded like a Cessna 172 getting ready for takeoff. These Noctuas are ugly as sin but are extremely quiet.

Cons: No color options.

Pros: Quiet. Very good fan.

Pros: running 4 of these for over 3 years and still as good as new! If you want the best then look no further.

It's sleek, it's quiet, and it pushes air.
What more can you look for in a fan?

Cons: The price of these is ridiculous. I bought 4 of these fans and 4 basic fans from silvertek at 8 bucks a pop. they push air similarly and both generate little to no sound. Not sure why i pay 2-3 times the price per fan when I can get silvertek. Nonetheless, i ordered them and they're good enough to keep but doubt I'll ever purchase more of these.
Oh and the color is hideous for those who like showing a little bling-age to their case, try to get a dark grey version of these.

Pros: Very quiet and efficient. Action Packaged, Inc. provided great service and fast shipping.

Pros: I use it as a side fan, does a good job keeping the system cool.

Cons: Ugly colour and gets noisy rather quickly even a lower speeds

Other Thoughts: these fans are great, run quiet and run a long time. My case is full of these fans and wouldnt use any other fans.
