Features

Features
Excellent performance
NT-H1 consists of a hybrid compound of different micro-particles, which has been specifically optimized for use in PC environments. Thanks to its extremely low thermal resistance as well as excellent pliability and spreadability, NT-H1 achieves outstanding results.

Maximum ease of use & efficient dosage
As NT-H1 spreads very well under pressure, there's no need to smear it over the heat-spreader. This reduces both the consumption of paste and the time spent on the installation process: Put one drop of NT-H1 onto the centre of your CPU, install the cooler and that's it!

Top-performance right from the start
NT-H1 reaches its full performance extremely fast and doesn't require a longer "burn-in" time.

Excellent long-term stability
NT-H1 doesn't contain any solvents or other substances with low flash point and provides excellent long-term stability. Due to the compound's exceptional curing, bleeding, dry-out und thermal cycling characteristics, NT-H1 can be used for several years without any problems.

Not electrically conductive, non-corroding
NT-H1 possesses a very low dielectric constant and a high dielectric strength. Therefore, there's no danger of short-circuits even in case of direct contact with components or conducting paths. Fully compatible with all materials commonly employed in PC environments, NT-H1 is suited for use with aluminium and copper coolers.

Suitable for compressor cooling
NT-H1 is perfectly suited for use with compressor coolers. Even at the very lowest temperatures, the paste delivers full performance and remains easy to clean off.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat performance

Pros: Noctua NT-H1 Thermal Compound was easy to apply. performs great. knocked my load temps down 4 degrees C.
This is by far better than MX-4, K2, TX-4 and several others.

Cons: I wish I had bought this sooner.

Other Thoughts: I7 2600K overclocked to 4.8 GHZ
Z77X-UP4 TH
Dominator Ram @2133 MHZ 8 GB
XSPC Raystorm H2O block
RX360 Rad

5 out of 5 eggsGreat Thermal Paste

Pros: Way better than Arctic Silver 5 and Tuniq TX-2. I've tested both and neither as good. This has a 2-3 degree Celsius advantage over the others, and that is quite a bit just for a compound. It came with my NH-D14 and keeps my i7-3770k oc'd to 4.3 ghz at around 30 degrees Celsius idle and never exceeds 40 when playing BF3 or FC3.

Cons: Are there really cons for Thermal Paste? Price is higher than I would like to buy it, but it came with my cooler, so no cons.

Other Thoughts: It is also non-conductive, so AS 5 has nothing on this stuff. Tuniq and this NT-H1 are close, but this beats it by 2 degrees in idle. Great paste, NH-D14 is also a great cooler, great combo.

5 out of 5 eggsBetter than Arctic Silver 5

Pros: The best CPU thermal compound available. Period.

Cons: None.

Other Thoughts: It's too bad this is not as popular as Arctic Silver 5, because it is a better compound.

Used this for a few months with my NH-D14, then tried Arctic Silver 5 for a month... this stuff is 1-3C cooler.

5 out of 5 eggsWicked TIM

Pros: One of best TIM on market you can buy (it was #5 in the top 25 Best TIM in 2012) It is a little thick but it helps from being too pasty like mayo to prevent dripping or movement like butter as u install heatsink. My temp has decreased about 15 to 20' degree when i clean off the pre-applied TIM on my Corsair H80i.

Cons: None

Other Thoughts: A friend of mine asked me to use my TIM on his pc setup as well and his temp dropped like half! He was shocked and couldn't believe it all due to TIM only. Keep in mind he had a Coolit ECO II 120 cooling kit (similar to Corsair H60).
Buy it, you won't regret it. ;)

5 out of 5 eggsexcellent paste

Pros: excellent paste for the money, stiffer and easier to work with the AS 5, I've always gotten better temps with the noctua product the AS 5, sometimes as much as 3 degrees difference! really one of my favorite thermal pastes. Enough in the tube for several applications.

Cons: none that I have had

Other Thoughts: Would recommend to anyone looking for a quality paste for a low price.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat Temps

Pros: I've used this stuff on everything from my old Core i7 940XM and 6990M GPUs to my new 3970X build. Couldn't be happier with the results. Great TIM.

Cons: A tiny bit hard to spread. I sit the tube on a light bulb for about 1 minute. Makes the application a lot easier. This is the same with most TIMs though.

3 out of 5 eggsGood, but not for the price.

Pros: It works...

Cons: Brought my temps up when I replaced my Artic MX-2.
With the MX-2 my temps were ~32C idle.
With this my temps are 40-43C idle..
I had to replace my MX-2 because I switched motherboards.
However, I'm not sure if this is the mobo's fault... Wouldn't make much sense though.

Other Thoughts: I don't know why people are complaining about thickness, mine was actually very VERY pasty.. like.. like mayo or mustard. Really odd.

4 out of 5 eggsGood, Does the job

Pros: It keeps the GPU/CPU cooler then stock paste can

Cons: Very Very Challenging to rub on CPU/GPU as it is very thick . I did try running it under Very Hot Water but to no success . took about 2 tries to get it perfect as humanly possible!

Other Thoughts: Wish it was cheaper!
