Combining a massive six heatpipe dual radiator design with an exquisite NF-P14/NF-P12 dual fan configuration, the NH-D14 is built for ultimate quiet cooling performance. Topped off with a tube of Noctua’s award-winning NT-H1 thermal compound as well as the new SecuFirm2 multi-socket mounting system, the NH-D14 is an elite choice for the highest demands in premium quality quiet cooling.

  • newegg 6 Heatpipe Dual Radiator Design Providing more surface area, better heat-distribution and superior airflow efficiency than conventional tower style heatsinks, the NH-D14’s six heatpipe dual radiator design was developed to provide ultimate quiet cooling performance in dual fan mode.
  • newegg Dual NF-P14/NF-P12 Fan Setup The NH-D14 sports a premium quality dual fan setup consisting of Noctua’s award-winning NF-P12 (120mm) and NF-P14 (140mm) fans, both of which feature Vortex-Control Notches, SCD technology and SSO-Bearings in order to achieve a perfect balance of performance and quietness.
  • newegg Asymmetrical Design for High Compatibility An asymmetrical design that gives more clearance towards the RAM slots ensures good compatibility despite of the cooler’s size. The NF-P12 fan can be moved upwards or left off in order to further improve compatibility.
  • newegg Excellent Component Cooling Hanging out at the bottom of the fin-stacks, the NF-P14 fan doesn’t only contribute to the NH-D14’s superb CPU cooling capabilities but also provides massive airflow over surrounding motherboard components and heatsinks, thus ensuring excellent component cooling performance.
  • newegg SecuFirm2 Multi-socket Mounting System Noctua’s enthusiast grade SecuFirm2 multi-socket mounting provides broad socket compatibility (LGA1366, LGA1156, LGA1155, LGA775, AM2, AM2+ and AM3) and meets the highest demands in safety, contact pressure and ease-of-use.
  • newegg NT-H1 Thermal Compound Noctua's much-acclaimed NT-H1 is a well proven pro-grade TIM solution that provides minimum thermal resistance, excellent ease-of-use and outstanding reliability.

5 out of 5 eggsLOVE NOCTUA

Pros: -Very Well Build
-One of the top if not top air coolers
-Intructions and part seperation what very neat

Cons: -Costly
-Large Not suitable for small cases or ram bigger than (44mm)

Other Thoughts: If you fear water cooling and want to overclock or cool your cpu down. This is worth the money to keep these haswell cpu/Amd cpu cool. When buying make sure your ram is less than 44mm this link will help you with any question reguarding ram http://www.noctua.at/main.php?show=compatibility_ram_gen&products_id=34&lng=en and noctua also has compatiblity page for motherboards also so keep this in mind when buying . Thank you and goodluck building

5 out of 5 eggsOne of the best AIR COOLER

Pros: + Very Easy to Install
+ IDLE: Keep the Temperature as low as 30oC on a INTEL 4770K non-OC CPU which is sitting on Asus Maximus VI HERO.
+ FULL LOAD: Keep the Temperature as high as 61oC while Running PRIME95 Stress Test.
+ Very Quiet, even at MAX fan speed's noise lever is kept at moderate.

Above Tests were performed on TOP Notch Noctua NH-D14 120mm cooler which is just the best Air Cooler in the market while using TUNIQ TX-4 Thermal paste.I would high recommend using TUNIQ TX-4 over other brands.

Cons: - non so far except I would love to switch over to a better cooler after 2 years of USE but this thing just wont give away :p
- Massive in Size and performance, just remember that.

Other Thoughts: + Money very well Spend
+ 2 Years of full time service and still it is performing with superb performance
+ High Recommend Cooler for those Air Cooler lowers.

5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Soooo quiet
Great cooling
Color scheme

Cons: Fans are not PWM, HOWEVER at 100% speed you can not hear these fans
Color scheme

Other Thoughts: I do like the color scheme of the fans but at the same time I do not. Doesn't match my blue and black build but the performance of this heat sink makes me not care.

5 out of 5 eggsQuite cooling with out compromise

Pros: Keeps my over clocked i7 nice and cool, the best thing is I can barely even here it over the fans on my NVIDIA 780.

Cons: Pretty big- make sure you have room in your case.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat

Pros: Quiet and effective. Exactly what I wanted the cooler for.
I wanted a quiet CPU cooler and with the two cables included, it is nearly silent.

Cons: More of an issue with my case/motherboard, but the CPU fan pins were at the top of my motherboard and it was nearly impossible trying to plug them in with the big heatsync that comes with this awesome cooler.

5 out of 5 eggsNothing less than AWESOME

Pros: -Large, quiet, powerful fans.
-Big Rad's
-Dropped my temps to 19 c on idle, 46 c on full load when converting video files, playing battlefield 4 & other cpu intensive games/programs.

Cons: NONE

Other Thoughts: Using ic diamond thermal compound ( on a i7 3770k LGA1155 socket) and I have the thermaltake level 10 gt case. I have an extra inch of space between the door and the heatsink to give you an idea on how big this product is.

5 out of 5 eggsFan Tastic

Pros: Had this since 2012 and it is still a beast!! Initial over clocked to a 4.2 which was awesome!!!

Cons: HUGE!!! I cant over state this, this cooler is very large. I have a CM Storm Trooper and have plenty of room but that case is also huge.
