Get efficient processor cooling on par with liquid cooling, but without all the installation hassles and maintenance with the Vigor Monsoon II series of CPU cooling systems. Using a thermoelectric cooler, or Peltier Cooler, the unit silently pumps heat away from the processor aided by four heat pipes, aluminum fins, and a copper base, which is then pushed away via the 92mm fan.
The assembly installs just like a traditional cooling fan, but uses software to automatically control the cooling and the speed of the fan. A management unit with an LCD screen installs into a 5.25-inch bay in the front of your desktop PC. However, once installed, the Monsoon II will operate without any maintenance necessary. This model is designed to work with LGA 775 socket Intel processors, such as Pentium 4, Pentium D or Core 2 Duo processor.
Adjustable Fan Speed A bundled front control panel with a LCD display enables automatic control of fan speed for exceptional cooling and quietness.
Unique Cooling Performance Four high performance heatpipes maximize heat transfer for the highest level of cooling performance.
Compatible with LGA 775 Compatible with the LGA 775 platform, the VIGOR GAMING Monsoon II CLT-M2I supports a wide range of Celeron, Pentium 4, Pentium D and the latest Core 2 Duo CPUs.
