5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: They move a lot of air. I've always had good luck with dynatron fans

Cons: Bit loud, but that is to be expected.

Other Thoughts: Got 2 to replace the fans in an enterprise class network switch, they work great. They're branded as Rexus, but are manufactured by TopMotor/Dynatron/Dynaeon, which I've found to make excellent fans.

4 out of 5 eggsOverkill

Pros: Cools the north bridge on my P6T Deluxe very well. I dropped 15c. Amazing what any airflow at all can do. Moves a lot of air. Long power leads.

Cons: Loud. There's no two ways around it. 8800 RPM makes a good "woo" sound and there is also a noticeable rushing of air. If you want this to cool a NB, it's more than you need. It's not "shut your computer off to sleep" loud, but it is always audible above any other noise in the room.

Included crews are pointless. Additionally, M3x25mm screws are not easy to find. I just used some SAE screws that were close and munged up my stand offs.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat replacement fan for Cisco switches

Pros: Cisco switch doesn't show a error light anymore
puts out a ton of air for how small and relatively quiet it is.

it was pretty much a direct replacement for the fan that was in the switch before.

Cons: none

Other Thoughts: The screws that come with this fan were not ment to attach it to north bridge heatsinks. They were meant to hold it when attaching it to a exhaust hole on a computer case.
And they do that well.

If you need to get replacement screws bring your old screws with you to the local hardware store and get longer ones with the same thread count/pitch and gauge.

2 out of 5 eggsGood Fan Terrible Packaging

Pros: The fan cools my Asus P6T Deluxe V2 a lot better.

Cons: The fan comes with 4 screws that not only are too thick but are also too short. The packaging also looks like a 3rd grader cut up a random section of cardboard, added some measurements, and packaged the fan. I thought i'd be all set to mount this fan but had to take a trip to the hardware store to get real screws.

Other Thoughts: Good fan don't get me wrong just VERY poor packaging and included materials.

5 out of 5 eggsWorks

Pros: Used different screws to attach it to the MCH connector clip for the DX48BT2 board. Plugged into board connector - dropped MCH temp (~5C).

Cons: included screws are waaay too fat.

4 out of 5 eggsIncorrect screws!

Pros: Moves air, relatively quiet, ball bearings, low cost

Cons: The screws provided in the package are too short! I bought this to replace a dying southbridge fan on my motherboard. This one is over twice as tall as the existing one, so the original screws wouldn't work, and the new ones are far too short. I made it work by using a Swiss Army Knife to cut away some of the plastic to allow the old screws to work. It loses one egg for that.

Other Thoughts: The ball bearings will come in handy here, my motherboard southbridge gets VERY hot, and has dried out the sleeve bearings in all the previous fans (this is the third one).

5 out of 5 eggsgood enoght

Pros: big air, small size and quiet enought

Cons: its loud if you let it spin all the way up to 8K rpms but if you have a fan controller to take it down to about 6k rpms its really quiet

Other Thoughts: works perfect with the ASUS P6T Deluxe, it keep the board about 5 to 7 degrees celcius cooler that before
