Loud and powerful

Pros: This fan moves air like no other. I think it's the most powerful 'thin' 120mm fan you can buy (there's a 250CFM fan that is thicker).
This thing can generate a lot of pressure. I used this to replace a 2000RPM fan for my CPU cooler. When I crank this thing up to 4000RPM, I can feel significant airflow going through the heatsink's fins. I couldn't feel anything at all before with the 2000RPM fan.

Cons: Loud. If you plan on running this thing at 4000RPM at any time, make sure you can handle the noise. There's no way to effectively silence a fan doing 4000RPM. If this is a major con to you, either look for a 2000RPM fan, or make sure your motherboard/fan controller can properly adjust the speed. At <1400RPM, this fan is inaudible compared to the rest of the computer.

Power: Shouldn't really be an issue since this is a PWM fan, but this draws 1.74A.

Other Thoughts: It's surprisingly heavy for a fan, but then again it does put out 150CFM. Careful when this is on at full blast - 4000RPM is over half the speed your HDDs spin at. If you've ever opened up a HDD and seen a platter spinning at 7200RPM, they're scary. This is no different.
