Delta AFB0412LB-F00 40mm Case cooler with TAC sensor

Pros: This is a nice little fan. I replaced the fan in the power supply that came with my Cooler Master RC-100 Mini-ITX case, which was a howler at around 29dba. Although at 6.5 CFM it does not match the previous 9.5 of the stock fan, I think it will work fine, seems OK so far. I have a low power CPU in the motherboard, so the PS is not taxed as much. I searched all over for a 15mm width 40mm fan that would be quiet, and this is the best one I could find that fit in the power supply. Nothing else comes close to the 18dba ratings, most you will find are in the upper 20's.

It really runs almost silently, which is what I was striving for in this little tiny case. The previous reviewer who said the mounting holes are not standard is incorrect; it fit perfectly and will fit any 40mm fan mounting in a PC. I like it and it does what I wanted.

Cons: It is pretty expensive for this size fan.

Pros: Don't know, never even fired one up.

Cons: My company bought theses for a product we were designing and they do not fit the design because the mounting holes are non-standard. Regular self tapping fan screws DO NOT FIT.
