4 out of 5 eggsgreat 140mm pwm fan

Pros: PWM function, side rubber mount holes , included rubber fitting to illuminate vibrations and noise, included extension PWM male to female sleeved cable, 4 included screws. the fan blows substantial amount of air...i replaced it with stock 140mm case fan for enthroo pro, the stock fan on that case is not PWM ..its a 3pin fan....so i replaced it with this purchase...

Cons: wishing if the fans can have LED on a PWN fan....all the LED fans are 3pin fans.....also wishing if phanteks can have 120mm fans not just 140mm ....also 200mm fans up for sale if possible

5 out of 5 eggsVery Nice Fans

Pros: These fans are quiet and move lots of air at a decent price.

Cons: None.

Other Thoughts: My first thought was to go with a pair of Noctuas, but I bought two of these after about a week of research. I attached them in push/pull config to a Corsair H90 that I've had unused for a few months now. I recently upgraded to an i7-4790K from an i5-4760(non-K) and wanted to water cool because I expect to OC at some point after the 4790 is burned in. I've had the cooler installed in my system for two days now and Real Temp has recorded the lowest idle temperature on one of the cores at 23C. The other 3 ranged from 26c-25c. The highest temp recorded at load while playing Tomb Raider on Ultra settings was 56C. I didn't even hear the fans ramp up although there was lots of warm air inside the case from my Gigabyte GTX-780 GHz Edition card. The Phanteks were moving lots of warm air out of the case too. As an added bonus they are the closest match aesthetically to the Fractal Design 140MM exhaust fan that came with my Node 304 case. Full disclosure. I bought these from a large online retailer whose name starts with "A". I Didn't realize Newegg had them as well.

5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: High quality 140mm PWM fans from a reputable company.

Black with white fins. Cable sleeving and and pin connector are also black.

Available for a decent price.

Each fan comes with all the accessories you'd need, including an extension cable, 4 to 3 pin adapter, a quiet speed adapter, and adhesive anti-vibration pads.

I find them to push plenty of air while also staying quiet. They all worked well out of the box.

Cons: None.

Other Thoughts: I was able to get them on sale for $12.99 each which I think was a great deal. At $17-20 they may not be as good of a deal but they still compare well to all other 140mm PWM fans in this price range.

I got 4 of them and they go great with my Fractal Design Define R4 case. If you do get them for this case, please note that you have to remove the 8 adhesive vibration pads in order for them to fit flush in the front intake 'fan cage.' It's no big deal to remove them but it took me a while to figure out why they weren't fitting snugly.

2 out of 5 eggsReally dissapointed

Pros: Move a lot of air

Cons: Bout 3 of these fans thinking, because I have a Phanteks CPU cooler, that these fans would be the same quality. Nope. Unfortunately all 3 make a growling sound at anything over about 700 RPM. I have tried every 4 pin on my motherboard, and even used the 4 to 3 pin adapter. There is always the growl. I have a Define R4 case so I thought maybe it was because I had one of the fans horizontal as bottom intake. No. Doesn't matter what position they are. /still make noise.

Other Thoughts: I know the company has faith in their product as they have a 5 year warranty on them. Perhaps they were manufactured Friday afternoon by a disgruntled employee...LOL

5 out of 5 eggsQuiet and Excellent Flow Rate

Pros: Comes with vibration pads. It is very quiet at full rpm. I have four of these running full blast inside an NZXT H630 silent case. I'm totally pleased with their performance! I was surprised at their quietness at maximum speed. They really keep the ventilation moving. I'm going to use them in my next builds. I have used Zalman, Cooler Master and Noctua, but these Phanteks run great, and they come with a few extension & adapter options to facilitate about every condition. Thumbs up for Phanteks 140mm case fans! I forgot to mention that it comes with rubber fasteners.

Cons: None, so far......

Other Thoughts: Phanteks fans are generally underrated. The proof is in the pudding! Phanteks fans deliver the goods!!!

5 out of 5 eggsGreat Fans

Pros: - Very quiet
- Moves plenty of air
- Lots of accessories
- Great build quality

Cons: Lack of colors compared to the older models

Other Thoughts: I generally don't write reviews, but the rating on this fan doesn't do it justice. I am using 2 of these in a Corsair Air 540, which is so vented the stock fans sound quite loud. I heard nothing but good reviews everywhere except here on newegg, so figured I would just start with two to see how they perform. So far, I am very happy and will be buying more of these to replace the remaining stock fans asap.
