5 out of 5 eggsHigh quality fan

Pros: It's quiet.
It moves good air.
It's a case fan.

Cons: It's a $15 case fan.

Other Thoughts: At $15, it's possibly the best performance/value 140mm case fan on the market right now, if you're looking in high end quiet + good airflow fans.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat Fan

Pros: Moves more air than my Cooler Master Megaflow 200 and is just as quiet, and smaller.
Comes with power cord extension.
Stylish Black&White scheme.

Cons: I didn't buy these sooner for other cases.

Other Thoughts: Bought 2 of them to help case airflow in new liquid cooling build. Nothing but impressed with them.
Always heard good things about Phanteks finally decided to try, wish I did sooner.

5 out of 5 eggsA well balanced fan

Pros: Black and white.
Lots of air (and pressure) for the noise.
Excellent performance for the price.

Cons: Wish they included rubber mounts.
Wish they'd tell us exactly what an "Updraft Floating Balance" bearing is.

Other Thoughts: Inaudible at <800 RPM, while still moving a decent amount of air (with decent pressure as well). They offer some of the best noise/air and price/performance ratios of fans and I've ever used (Noctua, Fractal Design, Dell stock).

5 out of 5 eggsThey really move air

Pros: Moves air with a surprising amount of force (see below).
Padded corners (see below).
Sleeved cables.
Sturdy construction.
Runs quietly at low to medium RPM, and noticeably but inoffensively at high RPM.

Cons: None...

Other Thoughts: These are fantastic fans. I purchased a pair to augment the stock configuration of my Fractal Design Define R5, and they did their job beautifully, but there were a few complications along the way.

At first, I put one of the fans in the rear as an exhaust, and one in between my HDD cage and my PSU as a bottom intake. However, in the bottom intake position, the fan would intake air with enough force to pull up on the air filter (the filter is ever so slightly bowed away from the bottom of the case). At certain RPMs, this affect would vibrate the filter.

The vibration resulted in me swapping the locations of my 2 Phanteks fans with the stock fans. The stock fans are held in the front with pass through screws, which are just a tad too short. Though this fan is the standard 25mm thick, the padded corners add a millimeter or 2 of thickness, which meant my screws weren't long enough. So I had to take the pads off. They're easy enough to press fit into their notches if I ever need them again.

All in all excellent fans. Not bad for $10 each.

5 out of 5 eggsnice

Pros: moves a ton of air
looks good
decent price, on sale $10

Cons: none

Other Thoughts: this fan beats air flow of the NZXT fans I have and seems just as powerful as the Noctuas I have also.

Very happy with this purchase and would buy again in a heartbeat.

5 out of 5 eggsGood bang for the buck

Pros: static pressure optimized
good for air or radiator cooling

Cons: not pwm, BUT are pwm controlled in my Enthoo Primo

Other Thoughts: Ordered 2 more of these for my new Phanteks Enthoo Primo for a total of 7. 5 cooling a 420mm/280mm rad, 2 led in front.
Fans idle at 530rpm and max out at 750rpm.
Cool and quiet operation.

5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Lots of air flow at low rpm
beat noctua in some tests
cheep
look nice

Cons: not ball bearing
sometimes they make noise at certain voltages. (PWM version might not have this issue)

Other Thoughts: I bought 3 of these for a radiator. $30 for 3 fans is a steal, especially when they are comparable and sometimes better than the top of the line fans like noctuas.

4 out of 5 eggsGreat Fan, Great Price

Pros: Quiet (although, not 20 db quiet)
Strong
Good-looking

Cons: They aren't nearly as quiet as I had hoped they'd be, but the sound they make is a gentle-sounding whoosh, being 140mm fans.

5 out of 5 eggsAnd We'll Do Another Round

Pros: I got 5 of these .... (See review below) well (2) LED and (3) non LED with the Enthoo Primo Case..... bought (3) LED and (2) non LED a month later and now 6 months later bought (1) LED and (5) non LED bringing the total in the Primo case to 16.

It's not the fastest rpm, it's not the biggest air mover, it's not the most silent at full rpm. What it does have is the best performance to noise ratio of any fan I have ever seen.

It knocks the crown off the Noc's head as can be seen in the Overclockersclub review beating it by by 3C even while the former king is spinning 25% faster. My other former fav was the Gentle Typhoons and while I'd still use those for high fpi radiator, high rpm applications, these are THE choice for noiseless (up to 850 rpm) and quiet (1200 rpm) applications on the 8 to 12 fpi rads which dominate the market today.

I run them via FanXpert2 from 325 to 850 rpm and in that range, even with case side panels off I actually have to look to tell if they are spinning.

Though I had just a 8.4C Delta T with 5 of them in push, this new purchase will add pull to the push on the rads and the one LED fan will go in the top three 5.25" slots for aesthetic appeal to go with the Reeven Six Eyes temp display. May add one more on the HD cages someday.

Cons: The Phanteks PCBs that let ya control up to 11 3-pin fans are still not available other than buying a case. Hopefully soon.

Saw a few peeps having bad experiences but noticed some were running the PWM version off 3 pin headers or the 3 pin fans off PWM headers. If ya have a problem, an e-mail to phanteksusa.com should bring quick resolution

The ones that come in the case don't come equipped the the rubber vibration isolators that the ya get on the ones in retail packaging but an e-mail to Phanteks Tech Support with this or any other problem promptly resulted in a brown truck at my door within a few days.

Other Thoughts: Once the PCBs become available as an accessory and I can snag a 3rd one....

Recommended Control Scheme for Water Cooled Builds:

MoBo CPU-1 Header => Pump No. 1
MoBo CPU-2 Header => Pump No. 2

MoBo CHA_1 Header =>PCB_1 => (6) Case Fans
MoBo CHA_2 Header =>PCB_2 => (6) 420 Rad Fans
MoBo CHA_3 Header =>PCB_3 => (4) 280 Rad Fans
