ZEROtherm's GX810 keeps your video card cool even the hottest action. The universal mounting bracket lets you attach the cooler to most nVIDIA and ATi cards. The 32mm profile lets you use this cooler in SLi/CrossFire applications.

The large 6mm heatpipe connects the 140 copper fins to the polished copper heatsink, maximizing thermal transfer. Keeping your memory cool is as important as it is for the GPU the kit comes with 8 heat sinks for the memory chips.

A temperature sensor automatically adjusts fan speed between 900 and 2,500rpm. The dual ball bearing fan and efficient fin design keep noise to a low 16.95 to 29.85dBA, so all you hear is your game.

quiet and does its job

This user purchased this item from Newegg
Pros: Installs very easily and quickly. Used Arctic Silver 5 and I have yet to see my BFG 7900 GSOC to go above 50C under heavy load. I don't have my card overclocked yet but this thing seems to have a lot of head room.

Quiet -- I can't hear it when the case is shut. I have it running at full speed currently off direct power from the power supply so I don't draw current through my card. Was going to get a fan controller card for this and a couple case fans but may not now, since I can't hear it at 100% speed.

Can be installed in any off four directions by turning it 90 degrees. Nice if you have a pesky capacitor sticking out somewhere.
Cons: The sticker on the bottom protecting the conducting surface has a nasty little sticker on it that leaves junk you have to clean off before applying compound. But thats about it!

It doesn't make me pancakes in the morning :-\
Other Thoughts: Make sure you clean off the sticker residue well. Thermal compound cleaner made quick work of it though.

Pros: Noticeable difference in sound level and dropped the temps on my EVGA 7800GT OC from 60c+ to 54c at max workload.
Mirror finish on the copper block.
Cons: Plastic cover on the copper block leaves a residue that must be cleaned off with alcohol.
Other Thoughts: Easy to install, just remember to clean the glue residue from the copper block. I used Arctic Silver 5 rather then the supplied thermal paste.

Awesome

This user purchased this item from Newegg
Pros: Easy to install, quiet. I ordered this when it was 35 with 30 mail in rebate......., was cheaper than just ordering replacement RAMsinks for zalman (they are one time use, unless you then used thermal paste of course). Needed them to switch GFx cards. My ATI 4850 runs 55-60 under load, stock cooler was ~70-90, and MUCH louder if you wanted cooler. I can't here this over fans/hard drives, computer sounded half on when I first booted with it being used to stock cooler.
Cons: Comes with RAMsinks, but not seperate sinks for voltage regulators and such, but I dont know of any cooler that comes with these and they are fairly cheap.
Other Thoughts: I would prefer it over the zalman vf900, due to being slightly easier to install (the zalman was easy to), built in auto adjusting fan, and having a lower profile. I will probably never use SLI/Crossfire but can be done with this, as apposed to the zalman. Cooling wise, about the same as the vf900, no experience with the 1000 but i am sure its superior. DON"T forget to remove the protective base sticker, luckily my card has a thermal shut off (computer completely instantly shut off before completely booted)

Big improvement over stock

This user purchased this item from Newegg
Pros: Bought this to replace the stock cooler on my nvidia 9800gt which was running at 82c IDLE and up to 100c LOAD. Now my temps are at 48c IDLE and 55c LOAD. I'd say that's a significant improvement, the cooler was relatively easy to install and is running super quiet even during high load. I can't hear the fan over my case fans. Thermal sensor is nice to automatically reduce fan speeds, better than the vf900 which is all manual.
Cons: The screws for the "non-sli mounting" are rather long as stated, however I tried the card in both of my pci express slots with the cooler and it only obstructed the pci slot right above it. So you can fit 2 cards running this cooler in SLI, you just can't use the pci slot in between them, which isn't advisable anyhow unless you want to restrict air flow.

The thermal paste that comes with the cooler is not very good. I tried it and my idle temps were over 60c. It caked up badly, was hard to spread, and you have to use a bunch of it to get full coverage. I reseated the heatsink with AC5 and got the temps above.

I can't comment on the "sli mount" screw system that came with it because I didn't use it. It did however look alot more frustrating than the thumb screw design.
Other Thoughts: All in all it's a great cooler, the real seller for me was that it was 5 bucks after rebates. You really can't complain when you get a product that works well for such little cost.

This user purchased this item from Newegg
Pros: Seems like a decent design with the exception of the mounting system which is lacking. The included ram sinks seem to be very good.
Cons: The mounting system on this cooler is junk. Mine came with one stand off with no threads, lucky for me there are two different mounting systems. However using the screw type system yielded very sloppy results as the stand offs that screw into the cooler itself are not long enough to line up the cooler on the card. Probably not a big deal but this stuff is fragile so you dont really want a chunk of copper flopping around on a gpu die as you try to get a couple of screws started.
Other Thoughts: I am running on a Gigabyte 4670, maybe thats why the stand offs are too short, but who wants to run the old junk thats listed as being acceptable for this cooler.
