1 out of 5 eggs

Pros: The idea of a PCI card fan to increase airflow, cooling and direct-dedicated healing to a video card is a good idea.

Cons: The fact that it increase overall heating in my case is bad.

Other Thoughts: The CFM is too weak for the amount of extra heat it itself generates and keeping it next to video card creates more heat than it dissipates. I first tried it right next to it, then a card away, and finally two card slots away and still did not improve cooling.

I would suggest you make another one of these, but with at least a 80 CFM in it. It would be worth paying $20-40 for an actual PCI slot card (one that plugs) if it produces a significant cooling improvement without having to worry about finding PSU cords. Although I do not know how feasible that is, anything to cool video cards and your system without major case modifications is always a plus.

5 out of 5 eggsBest air flow for the price

Pros: Huge air flow for the price a friend buy one twice as expensive and it had 25% less air flow.

Cons: NONE

Other Thoughts: For a hot case or just to cool down ur GPU its a great buy.

5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: It cooled my case, cpu, and graphics card!
My case went down around 7°C
CPU went down around 3°C
GPU down around 9°C

Cons: Not loud, Works fine. No cons!

Other Thoughts: Of course the gpu went down the most because the fan is right beside it but since my Graphics card is kind of short, the fan blows half on it and half over it. The air blowing over it takes hot air off the cpu and blows it straight into my PSU's intake fan, then out the PSU output fan. All the while cooling the whole case =].

3 out of 5 eggsCheap loud plastic

Pros: Cheap. Does the job

Cons: Doesn't even fit into slot properly. Makes Takes up 2 slots. It's about 2500rpm loud. I suspect anything over 1600rpm isn't too pleasing to the ear.

Other Thoughts: I tried changing the fan to 7 volts. It was still too loud but bearable. I tried 5 volts instead. Now it works okay. It did help my video card even when the fan was running at 5 volts. About 5C-7C lower on my video card temps.

5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: great price, quiet, seems to be working great.
Like another reviewer said, I dont know how long it will hold up over time, but for the price its working great right now.

Cons: took up 2 PCI slots.

Other Thoughts: the size really isnt a big deal, since i have 1 PCIe slot, which has a video card, and then 2 PCI slots underneath it.
I had to put the fan on the bottom of the PCI slots to fit it - which is fine with me.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat Product for the Price

Pros: + Low Price
+ Decent Cable Length (about 12 inches)
+ Moves a good deal of air
+ Relatively Quiet (Subjective)
+ Bladed Fan instead of annoying Blower-style

Cons: - Wider than a standard slot or PCI device (May end up using more than one slot in your system)
- Dull blue and black appearance (Even solid black would look better)

Other Thoughts: Although I've only used this product for a short period of time, I'm quite pleased. Some people may complain that it's too loud and others may have issues with its large size but I don't have a problem with either. By the way it only features a 4-pin Molex connector (with pass-through) so there is no RPM monitoring available. My only concern with this item is that it might not hold up well over time, but my first impressions are very positive.

5 out of 5 eggsGoofy looking

Pros: Moves a lot of air, pretty quiet.

Cons: none.

Other Thoughts: It is goofy looking. Other reviews make it sound like this card takes up 2 spots, but with a bit of engineering it all works out.

5 out of 5 eggsThe best slot cooler I've found.

Pros: While you'd THINK that a rotary fan model would be better, this guy uses an embedded bladed fan and not only moves more air, it's quieter and lasts a LOT longer. What it's branded means little--I've seen it sold by at least two vendors, but the part is the same.

Cons: This guy takes more than a single slot. Counting the slot between it and your video card, that pretty much blows away 3 slots. Sometimes you can slip a slot-mounted cable assembly between it and the video card, or maybe a small firewire card behind it, but usually you're stuck (which is really bad if you have an uATX mobo). In that case, better get some major case fans instead.

Other Thoughts: Sometimes I think that all slot coolers are made by one factory in China. For the most part, that seems to be true. But there ARE differences, and this is the best I've found for noise level, air movement, and reliability.
