Pros: The price seemed nice for what was advertised. While working the fan didn't seem to noisy. Not in the way of RAM or anything else.

Cons: I'll try to make it as short as possible. This CPU cooler is trash. Came with no instructions (not that you would need them, just saying). It works just the same as a stock CPU cooler with the small plastic pins that you twist to lock in place. But while installing it I had locked the first 2 successfully then the other 2 seemed to just keep spinning with no lock. after about 5 minutes of frustration the 1 locked the other one snapped off. It still felt sturdy enough where I would turn on the system (my girlfriends build). I think it was just the heat sink not touching properly to the CPU but it was rising in temperature like clockwork until it was unsafe. I just ended up throwing it out. I'll pay a little more for something better.

Other Thoughts: I had never owned a product from LOGISYS and this one just wasn't great. I wont bash their company as I'm sure they have many awesome products. Just not this small CPU cooler.

Pros: Within 10 minutes I had the cooler installed and it was working like a charm. I tried other coolers on this build and this was the best.

Cons: None

Pros: Excellent cooler lowers temps approx 10 degrees across the board compared to the stock cooler

Cons: Only problems is the mounting post thingies they sit slightly under the fan a bit tough to access unless you have an offset screwdriver no eggs knocked off for this

Pros: Inexpensive, works well. Keeps my CPU at a nice 34 C. Quiet.

Cons: Fans eventually wear out.

Pros: Simple to install, does not require removal of motherboard, runs 20 degrees cooler on i7-980X than stock Intel cooler, does not interfere with other components on Asus P6X58D-E mobo, low profile, quiet on low speed

Cons: Fairly noisy on full power, heatsink compound easy to rub off when removing from package.

Other Thoughts: I don't understand the comments about it being difficult to fit, I'm pretty ham fisted but found it went in easily - inserting opposite corners made it simple and it doesn't require removal of the motherboard if you want to upgrade from a stock Intel
Reasonably cheap uprade

Pros: Decent price compared to other heat sinks/fans available. Very quiet, even when running at full speed.

Cons: Item looks like it was a return that bypassed CQ and was shipped off as if it were new. The box had marks on it that showed it had been opened and there were fingerprints all over the thermal paste.

Other Thoughts: Not worth the time, shipping cost, and hassle to return to manufacturer. Strike one Logisys....

Pros: low noise, runs processor very cool

Cons: only one very hard to get locks to engage in motherboard

Other Thoughts: very quick delivery

Pros: Inexpensive

Cons: Cheaply built, cheap thremal paste pre-applied, CPU fan error message at startup, basically DOA, runs my i7 about 8 degrees C HIGHER than the stock CPU cooler!

Other Thoughts: Temp would often spike more than 10 degrees with this thing before it would spin up. This may have just been because it was defective. As always, Newegg made this right with a refund for the defective part.

Pros: Fan runs quietly, even on full power. Heat-sink design seems to be efficient as it keeps my CPU running cool even with the fan unplugged.

Cons: The bracket sticks out past the edge of the socket area and touches some of the surrounding components. Could just be my board, see below.

Other Thoughts: Does not fit the server motherboard I have. The board has a screw-type mount and this model has the push in plastic stand-offs. Not sure if this is just a misunderstanding on my part.
