3 out of 5 eggsDOES NOT FIT XFX ATI HD 5770

Pros: A very nice cooler, To bad it didnt fit my XFX Radeon HD 5770.

Cons: It absolutely does not fit the XFX HD Radeon 5770. From what I can gather XFX did not use the board manufactures (Ati) recommended board layout when making this version of the board. However since I do not have a HD 5770 that was made with the suggested layout I cant compare them. The only problem with the XFX model is that the Dracula heat pipes do not clear a row of capacitors located to the left of the GPU. Hope this helps.

1 out of 5 eggsBuyer Beware

Pros: - Cooler itself appears very well made, solid construction
- Ability to have multiple addtl fan configurations is a nice touch for even better cooling
- Tech support contacts initially helpful in installation

Cons: - Instructions were lacking
- Cooler cannot be removed without strong probability of bricking the card (which is what happened to me)
- In case of issues, support would not (even after repeated requests) put me in contact with a manager which is very unacceptable IMO

Other Thoughts: I've built a number of gaming rigs, here is my experience:

1) Called tech support to validate that this cooler would work for my MSI 7970. Based on GPU hole spacing they indicated it would
2) Instructions are a poor port from German. There are 3 types of thermal paste (adhesive) included (this is important later on)
3) Called tech support to confirm proper install steps, and what thermal grease to use where
4) Installed, immediate boot issues.
5) Issue was that the vid card had a GPU surrounded by a 'wall' at roughly the same height. Large base plate of cooler as a result was not contacting the plate fully and temps were higher than with stock cooler
6) Talked again to tech support with details, they confirmed that this cooler would indeed not work
8) When removing the cooler one of the thermal paste acted like an adhesive, broke a part from the card = bricked
9) Called tech support, they would not put me through to a manager, would only 'route' my requests. Really?

5 out of 5 eggsawesome cooler

Pros: Nice cooler, quality craftsmanship, and cools extremely well. Reduced temps on my GTX 570 by 14ºC @ idle and by 9ºC under load, so I am happy.

Cons: Unfortunately, there are two cons, but they are not anything to do with it's performance as a cooler. The first, for the price, it should come with the fans. The second con is the mounting procedure and mounting space required. I know they set it up this was to try and save space from PCi-E slot to PCi-E slot, but I still don't like how the fans must be mounted and regardless, it does still take up some space. If your PCi-E slots are close together, you more than likely will only be able to use "one" of these, depending on your tower. I have two PC's, my towers are the Antec NineHundred Two & Antec TwelveHundred Two, my motherboard's are the Asus Sabertooth 990FX and Asus M5A99X Evo, this cooler works well with both boards because of the multiple PCi-E slots and tri/quad SLi (and Xfire) support, but only in my Antec TwelveHundred Two case. Other than that, it's awsome. Just make sure you have the required space before you get it. It does cool very well.

Other Thoughts: I ended up attaching (3) Antec variable speed 80mm fans directly to the cooler instead of using the recommended 120mm fans on the included bracket, mainly because the bracket blocked access to my PCi and PCi-E x4 slots. I find it cools better this way too.
