Titanium is no longer just a fancy word with no meaning. Creative Labs I-Trigue 3330 speakers use titanium to its fullest. Stronger and lighter than common metals, the titanium microdrivers of the I-Trigue are more sensitive, accurate and efficient than standard speakers. The tri-array setup of three microdrivers in each satellite speaker delivers higher sound pressure levels and helps to create an overall broader sound.

Using titanium's superior strength-to-weight ratio, Creative Labs made these speakers conduct sound faster and with smoother frequency response for an overall better sound quality. Lastly titanium has superb internal dampening property, allowing the I-Trigue to reduce undesirable resonant frequencies. This I-Trigue is the result of extensive and vigorous testing during the design process by the team of audio experts at Creative, and it shows.

  • newegg Neo Titanium Tri-Array Technology With three acoustically-balanced Neo Titanium micro-drivers built in each satellite speaker, the Creative I-Trigue 3330 delivers higher sound pressure levels and broader soundstage.
  • newegg Wired Remote Control The wired remote control provides premium features including volume and bass level adjustments and a headphone jack for the ultimate convenience.
  • newegg Slimline Design and Magnetically-shielded The Creative I-Trigue 3330 features a slim, stylish look that goes well with any desktop setup, be it with your desktop PC, laptop or MP3 player. The satellites are magnetically shielded so they can be put at any proximity to display devices such as TVs and LCD monitors without loss of sound quality caused by interference.
  • newegg Powerful Subwoofer The powerful subwoofer incorporates a flared port for lower and cleaner bass response, providing the ultimate in immersion and enjoyment in games, movies and music.

1 out of 5 eggsJunk

Pros: They sound OK for the price.

Cons: After about 3 months i got the infamous volume hiccup. On its own the volume will jump to loud then soft then loud. It is ridiculous. Contacted support, they asked if it levels out after you tap on it. I replied sometimes. That was the end. No future support, just tap on it till it starts working correctly. How about a fix for an obviously bad lot of potentiometers. Don't bother, buy another brand.

1 out of 5 eggsDO NOT BUY!

Pros: Great Looks - Satellite speakers have a very small footprint.

Cons: Within weeks, the volume control was shot. The volume would go from normal, to really quiet, to really loud all on its own. After further research, this appears to be a problem with the series of speaker.

In order to fix this, you must send it into Creative (at your own cost) - only to have them send you another one with the same issue.

Save the money and buy a different brand.

Never again.

Pros: Cheap, good sound when it works

Cons: After owning this set for about 6 months, it stopped working totally. No sound. I got it replaced under warranty. After about 3 or 4 more months, it started with the infamous volume control prorblem. It goes up and down on its own and is uncontrollable. I have set it to some medium volume and just dont touch it and try to control it via software. Would never buy any creative set again.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat Speakers

Pros: I bought these speakers as an upgrade to the lousy speakers built into my 19 inch monitor. And it's like night and day. Everything sounds so much clearer, Got the most testing in with Resident Evil 5 and Mission Impossible 3 on HD-DVD, And having watched/played them previously on the old speakers, I'm now noticing bits of music I couldn't hear before, and the gun shots and explosions come through loud and clear. They look tiny but they are capable of some serious volume, and even at excessively loud levels everything comes through clear. They also came with the adapter I needed to plug my 360's audio cables into them.

Cons: I can see myself getting carried away with the volume and getting complaints from my neighbors.

Other Thoughts: I guess if you're a technophile you could probably find something to complain about, but then again assuming you are, why are you buying these as opposed to the ones that cost twice as much as this? For the average person just looking for a great audio system without breaking the bank, these speakers are fantastic.

2 out of 5 eggsPretty, but Faulty

Pros: It is VERY pretty
Sounds good
Fun to use
Did I say it's pretty?!

Cons: Sound fluctuates
Left speaker has to be replugged in daily or it doesn't work

Other Thoughts: My issue with these speakers started immediately. When I turn the volume wheel, it doesn't really matter where it goes, the sound fluctuates like I'm turning it up and down, up and down. I sent it back for warranty repair (at MY COST) and they sent me a 'new' set. This unit is even WORSE! The sound fluctuation started again after a few weeks. And these speakers, the left speaker stops working daily, I have to replug in the speakers and THEN it'll work again. I'm extremely unhappy with these speakers. What's worse is they were a gift, and I feel like a jerk complaining. But they suck!

3 out of 5 eggsWorked for a long time...

Pros: Worked great for the 3 years that I owned them...

Cons: Today they suddenly decided to stop working. Nothing was wrong this morning, but when i got back later in the day, silence was all I heard. The peculiar part of it all is that the light still is lit (but don't let that deceive you).

Other Thoughts: In my opinion, speakers should pretty much last forever. Maybe you could blow them out, but even then they would still work. Three years is not a satisfying lifespan for a peripheral device that should never die...

4 out of 5 eggsdecent speakers

Pros: I like the look and they don't take up much space. They put out a good amount of sound for how small these guys look.

Cons: I don't really know if this is normal but I get a lot of interference from my iphone. Sometimes even when it's on the other side of the room.

5 out of 5 eggsLove'em

Pros: Attractive design, small speakers easily fit on crammed desk, amazing sound. I shopped and shopped for a good computer speaker system, I went to half a dozen different stores and listened to each speaker set and these were the best sounding of them all. Only thing that sucks is that when these first came out I paid $140 for them, so this is another great newegg deal. I love these speakers so much I bought a second set to put in my bedroom TV.

Cons: I had the same problem as some one else mentioned, I knocked one of the speakers over and it broke right off the base. The speaker still works and sounds great though, I just have to lay it on it's side now.

Other Thoughts: For the speakers being so small they really kick out a lot of volume and what suprised me was that even at high volumes for parties you don't get that buzz that you do with a lot of other speakers. Even at high volumes music sounds crystal clear. Oh and the sub will wake you neighbors if you put it on full base, found that out the hard way. :-)

1 out of 5 eggsThese are the worst speakers in the world.

Pros: These are ok to watch TV, but I think that it would be better to watch it with better speakers.

Cons: Any music with base or midrange really sounds bad. I would not recommend listening to musc with these. You will be greatly disappointed.

Other Thoughts: I bought these speakers expecting to listen to my IPOD through them, and the sound was terrible. I tried them on my PC, and it was no better. I really expected more, and reviews seems positive and Creative is a reputable company, but the speakers are dung. I could not be less happy for the money I spent. Please don't make the same mistake I did. Good luck on your purchase.

5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Great speakers, good sound, quick set-up.

Cons: Just wish all the cables for this set up where a little bit longer. Not a big deal though. Its workable.

Other Thoughts: Just be careful with them. The stands are made of plastic and you get what you pay for. Just don't go tossing them around.
