Cons: ok some 4" woofer poor sound only weak bass/ compareing to a cerwin/vega 100watt 10" home system woofer . Other Thoughts: i had the creative t3100 2.1( new )2 years ago/ on shelf2yrs/6watts per sat /17watts to sub i took the amp out put it in a 12" woofer box for cars w/a 12" old sony woofer not a( 500 watt sub) wow what an improvement it sounds like a 150.00 system. if you hate the sound & don't want to return or can't rma you might try this . Big sounding bass out of such a tiny sub. Cons: It has an AC adapter instead of just a regular plug to plug into the wall. The sub has a muffled sound. Not really clear on the Bass. Other Thoughts: If you want a decent sounding speaker set for the money, they are good. But not really great...Logitech ones are a bit better for the money. Other Thoughts: Initially, I could gently pull on the satellite line on the back of the sub-woofer and the unit would work. Eventually that stopped having an affect. The satellite speakers still worked however. Then one day, nothing but white noise coming out of the speakers.
