She has had it since before Christmas and she reports that it works very well. My brother also reports that she uses it often and that it is plenty loud. I can not say too much more, because I have not actually seen or heard the device. I do think the bluetooth dongle would be handy and may order another for myself. Cons: I don't know of any at this time. Other Thoughts: One reason I bought this item for niece is that she will go to college soon and this looked like something you carry and use on the go, as compared to others that look like they could be used for juggling. 1 out of 1 people found this review helpful. Better volume than any laptop I ever heard but not sound quality perhaps. Dog bone shape fits in your hand nicely. Uses replaceable rechargeable batteries or standard batteries too. Can plug in directly with a $1 cable from the egg (Get Shoprunner). Not so flashy as to invite theft. Low battery indicator is a real plus. Cons: Does not connect with a unifying receiver. Did not work well with usb wireless device in my pc. The useless bag was missing. Other Thoughts: Low power amp means low battery consumption.
