Cons: Everything else. I've owned these for a year now and the volume nob is worn out and they crackle and hiss. I wish I would have either bought a $10 pair or saved up some more money for a nicer set.

Pros: These are an excellent speaker if you are looking to replace some OEM's unpowered 2.0 set. They are also a great buy at under 40 dollars. I have had woest that were double the price.
Cons: Unshielded subwoofer, this means you can't place the sub near a CRT monitor, there is also a hint of minor white noise ar higher volumes. Also, this is my second set, the first set had trouble with the LED's (which I actually preferred because these suckers are bright) but then the y had a very bad elecromagnetic hum. So I RMA'd and now everything is cool.
Other Thoughts: These are a very good alternative to high dollar systems if you are not looking for Bose quality sound. They sound very clear, crisp, and the bass is good. Good price. If you happen to get a bad set at first, RMA and you should be 1000 times happier with the next set.

Pros: Good set of speakers for use for external devices. Dont want to pay xxx dollars for an xxxd set? grab these and plug them into your dock.
Cons: Sound quality is a bit iffy but can be tuned adequately.
Other Thoughts: Had these for a few months and taken them to a few LAN parties and they still work.Dont want to pay xxx dollars for an ixxx set? grab these and plug them into your dock.
