Pros: low price. Sound comes out.

Cons: A disturbing oscillating hum comes out of these speakers whenever they are on. If I move them away from the computer and power cords, it goes away, but then, what good are they?

Other Thoughts: I think they lack sufficient shielding to be of any use. I will attempt to return them, otherwise, they are trash. I have no use for this garbage.

Pros: Cheap.

Cons: Like other reviewers, the set I got also has a crackly left speaker. I wasn't expecting great sound from such inexpensive speakers but the noise is not acceptable. There is also a low hum that never changes no matter the volume level.

Pros: Great value, does the job. Provides single separate channel plug for left/right/base sound. 5 watt provides enough power for loud sound. blue on status light.

Cons: when I first plugged them in and turned them on, all I heard was a loud static sound. The static sound persists, and the only way I could reduce it was by turning down the volume. thus the 4 stars. for $11, though what can I expect. Don't expect high clarity/fidelity out of these speakers.

Other Thoughts: just needed a pair of speakers for 2 of my desktop computers and the price of these were just right. Static sound is a little annoying, but for $11, what can u expect.

Pros: Price and Esthetics

Cons: Left Speaker constantly crackles, low quality sound, and cords are short

Other Thoughts: Not worth the money, due to the constant crackle for gaming/desktop use.

If using as an entertainment PC, ie Music player or Movie player where you aren't near speakers, high volumes can drown out crackle, though the overall sound quality is lacking.

Pros: Cheap

Cons: Cheap, from the first time I turned them on the left speaker pops consistently about 4 times a second. Note that this does not change if they are plugged into my computer or not so it has nothing to do with my sound card.

The sound it does properly produce is very bland and these are in no danger of threatening anyone's eardrums

Other Thoughts: I should have known spending just $11 on speakers was going to bite me, but I usually have good luck. Can't win them all!

Pros: Mediocre sound, but quite good for the price. Obviously not for critical listening.

Cons: After a few days of light use, developed a light background static, regardless of whether lugged into source or not.

Other Thoughts: I would have been perfectly happy with these if not for the defect. Until then, they did what I wanted them to do.

Other Thoughts: I needed a pair of speakers for casual use and some gaming, but oh man you're better off getting something in a decent price range.

Pros: I wasn't impressed, but I wasn't dissapointed. If this is all you can afford at the moment it's actually quite worth it

Cons: Quality, but can't complain much at this price

Pros: work, volume I imagine is much better than a USB powered speaker set, volume can be set loud.

Cons: Sound is fairly flat, these are cheap speakers.

Pros: very nice for work i watch movies on them not gonna blow your ear drums but very crisp sound
