1 out of 5 eggsAbsolute Garbage

Pros: None.

Cons: In order of importance: The microphone only picks up audio from approximately 2-3 inches away and still sounds extremely quiet with +40db gain, the worlds thinnest cable was used, as a result of these two observations the audio quality was complete garbage and hard to understand.

Other Thoughts: There's an on/off switch, although this should really be standard on any decent microphone.

There was glue all over the outside of the top of the microphone stick. Hand glued in IndoChina?

Pros: Its a working microphone with no setup required. fast and easy

Cons: Its called a desktop mic for a reason. I didn't buy it so i needed to hold my face up to it when I'm trying to talk to my friends over game. Even when amplified to 100%, Its still sounds like im mumblinng to myself

2 out of 5 eggshorrible

Pros: Its a microphone that sits on my desk and can be easily hide able and somewhat good quality

Cons: From 2 1/2 feet away it sounds like im barely talking. And the microphone booster Just makes all the background noise louder than your actual voice

Other Thoughts: buy a different microphone

5 out of 5 eggsCan't Beat it for the Price

Pros: Works as expected no problems.

Cons: No Cons that I can think of.

Other Thoughts: I game and no one notices any problem with the sound coming through their end. Works good, bought it because it had the switch. Which is cheap, but so was the mic.

5 out of 5 eggsWorks just fine

Pros: Cheap, vertical boom, no annoying lights, crystal clear sound in games and on yahoo/msn or anything that deals with voice. 3.5mm plug, on off switch. Does not take allot of desk space.

Cons: Didn't pay allot of money for it, maybe if I over paid for it I would think it was the best thing since sliced bread. But I didn't, it was cheap. All in all I'm very happy with this little cheap mic. So no cons.

Other Thoughts: I's a mic, it's cheap. Thankfully it has no stupid glowing or blinking @#$% lights on it! This little mic sits nicely on my desk hidden out of site. It picks my voice up very clearly when I play any game. It sounds just fine if I where in a chat room on-line or made a phone call. Never had anyone complain. You do and should tweak your mic in your " control panel / hardware sound " settings, play around with it till you get it just rite. I can't believe people give it one star, lol. If you have a clue and a little time and patience you can set it up so that it's perfect. I've had this mic now for over a year.

5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Its a microphone, it works, clear sound, uses a 3.5mm plug instead of taking up a USB port, good range.

Cons: None that I can find

Other Thoughts: This microphone works great, picks up my voice from across my bedroom.
