Pros: Inexpensive, wood enclosures, relatively simple set up, looks better on my desk than the original cheap plastic speakers.---

If you need a better than average replacement for your computer speakers that can play movies with effects and / or music with reasonable bass response levels these will fit the bill

Cons: needs more bass, led light always on---

If you are looking for a surround sound type set up or a lot of bass in your speakers these are not for you. these will not deliver true thumping bass sound

Other Thoughts: I was looking to replace my tired computer speakers with something inexpensive that had more bottom end for music reproduction and movie playback. I was not looking to duplicate a theater experience. the standard 2 speaker computer set up is known for tinny sound with no real bass this set up will round out that standard computer set up by adding enough bass to allow the user to actually hear the bass in songs and movies that a 2 speaker set up simply cannot reproduce.

Other Thoughts: The sound of these is decent good, but the build quality is really low.

The stereo plugs in the back are poorly manufactured. What you'll end up with is loss of sound when you move the cables around. I tried multiple sets of RCA to 1/8 inch plugs and was able to determine it was the sound system.

Pros: These are very good speakers for the price bought them for 20 dollars. Although the sound isnt perfect it is good enough because they were cheap.

Cons: Sound quality isnt great. No headphone jack. and material speaker boxes are made from is cheap. These are not speakers for concert quality sound.

Other Thoughts: I am a school teacher and I use these speakers to connect to my computer, dvd player, and vhs player for films in class. They work very well for everyday use.

Pros: These aren't bad for what they are- cheap speakers. They seem pretty well made and they're small enough to stay out of the way on your desktop.

Cons: The sub unit doesn't put out much bass at all and the satellite speakers sound very small and tinny.

No headphone output.

Power switch is on the back of the sub which makes it hard to reach if you keep the sub on the floor.

Other Thoughts: I wasn't expecting to get incredible HiFi audio out of these things, but I did expect them to sound better than this.

These would probably be okay for light gaming and average every days use. But if you're planning on listening to music with these, I would pass.

Pros: Good sound for everyday computer use. I use it with MS Media Center with TV tuners in a bedroom. Very happy with sound for a low watt alternative during extended use.

Pros: Nice Sound Quality, Great Bass for the size of the Sub, Price

Cons: Bass knob was broken upon receipt, had to open up sub, and tape it back on to avoid the hassle of shipping back to get a new one

Other Thoughts: If the bass knob wasnt broken, would definitely give 5 eggs

Pros: cheap, high quality, powerful for the size and price

Cons: LED is bright, smaller then I thought, and came with a small but noticeable dent on the front of the SUB you could tell it happened during shipping with a big hole in the box. But it is not at fault of the product so not docking it an egg.

Pros: The one channel that worked sounded good.

Cons: Right Channel Dead. Wood looks like plastic.

Other Thoughts: I will just about pay for shipping (both ways) that equal the cost of the speakers
