SYBA CL-SM-001 Black 3.5mm Connector Microphone with Adjustable Rod

Pros: pros would definitely be that the cord is braided at such a low cost. For some reason unlike a few other peoples mics here, my mic works great. My mic quality tends to be a lot better than the average users mic(probably because most use a headset and headset mics generally are worse than a Headphone+normal mic combination at the same price). I can be heard clearly with the mic being about 2 feet away from my face, that includes me mubling.

Cons: Took a while to manipulate all of the settings to remove ambient sounds and fix the DB amplifier to the right level. The plug color could have also been red instead of the orange to match with the Motherboard's I/O ports, but thats a small nitpick.

Other Thoughts: Had this mic for a good amount of time now. so far its still working great

Pros: Only 8 bucks...

Cons: Everything... it worked for 30 seconds, and then broke. I wouldn't waste your money on this one, the cable into the back of the microphone appears to be extremely low quality.

Pros: -It picks up sounds great.
-Easy and convenient On/Off slider
-Adjustable mic boom

Cons: -It picks up sounds great. If you're TV is close or loud, this mic will hear it, and your skype friends will murder you. (i'm about ~5 feet away from my TV).

Other Thoughts: The only thing I don't like about this mic is that it picks up sounds from my TV, which is really just my fault for having the TV too loud/close. It is a great mic.

Pros: It stands up on it's own! 90 degree adjustable angle! Was cheap!

Cons: It doesn't pick up my voice at all from more than a foot and a half away. Seems like someone took the mic from a headset and put it on a stand. Pretty bad mic, but you get what you pay for.

Other Thoughts: Don't buy this unless you plan on attaching it to a headset. You could probably glue it to your chest too.

Did you know you can turn up the sensitivity of the microphone by adjusting Windows Recording devices?
By navigating to playback devices and inspecting properties, you should be able to adjust the 'Microphone Boost' which you can alter to increase or decrease the sensitivity of the microphone.

Pros: Its cheap, there is so background noise, and the sound quality is definitely better than my last microphone. The wire connecting to your computer is extra long, which is something else I really liked.

Cons: None

Pros: It's a mic. Does the job. Love the non-tangle flexible cord

Cons: n/a

Pros: Perfect Quality, Perfect Voice Recognition and Background Cancellation. Positioned right beside speakers and nobody can hear my sound. Perfect price for such a successful microphone.

Cons: There are none really, I am very proud of this product being as well as it was for such a very low price.

Other Thoughts: The on and off toggle switch could have just been a mute button but either or works for me.

Pros: Cheap, plug and play, nice size and sound quality for the price.

Cons: my occasionally makes REALLY loud low frequency sounds. I think it is because of loose wires or something, because when I wiggle/tap it, it stops.

it could also be louder.

Other Thoughts: I wouldn't recommend this mic. It works, but you are getting off getting a headset or something that will have better, louder audio input and less problems with (what I assume to be) its wiring.

Pros: Its a mic and it works. Mute switch and a nice braided cord

Cons: Not the highest quality but it works for the price

Other Thoughts: Use this over teamspeak and mumble for online gaming. Everyone on the other side can hear me just fine.

Pros: Plug and play

Cons: Had issue's getting to easily default to this mic on an XP pro system. All instructions are NOT in English

Other Thoughts: I get that it's supposed to be plug and play but if you have trouble you should be able to go to an English website or see English instructions.
