Feel good in your hand and are easily switched on and off with the switch. Cons: The bad thing is the dumb XLR-1/4" cord that comes with it. This needs to be thrown away and replaced with a quality XLR-XLR cable. Other Thoughts: I can't tell any sound difference between these microphones and my Shure SM-48's (yeah, I am a budget guy).
