Rosewill RISP-11002 4 Watt 2.0 Wooden Speaker System

Pros: Haven't used much but they work. And for $4.00 I wouldn't care if they did break. No problems out of them so far.

Cons: None.

Pros: These little speakers work well and produce good sound. I use them to Skype with the in-laws in Germany. The netbook speaker would not get loud enough. I bought these because they were cheap. I am not disappointed. I have not used them for music yet but they do work well with gaming also for basic audio. I also like that they are usb powered so that's one less plug in the electrical power strip.

Cons: Volume is a little hard to use. It is on the back of the one speaker and the entire thing is flush mounted. It's not to difficult to turn but it would be better to have a knob in the front.

Pros: Makes noise

Cons: Makes a hissing sound when USB is plugged in

Other Thoughts: I can now hear what's going on inside my PC. Every click, type or movement of the mouse makes a sound.

Pros: Good sound

Cons: If plugged into computer USB for power, terrible/annoying hiss/screatch sound is produced. Easy solution is to use a 110VAC to 5VDC USB adapter. These can be obtained a very low cost.

Other Thoughts: Rosewill should have tested these speakers on a computer.

Pros: Low Price Very, Solid Construction, Loud Enough when needed. cables slightly longer than normal allowing flexibility of use. These are awesome speakers for the price I got them with free shipping, wish I would have ordered 2 pair, sound quality is good volume is loud

Cons: Only Con I had was the Volume adjustment knob was very tight on my pair, I had to do a quick mod with the dremel tool drilled and added a second protruding knob then I greased the rotating case flush part with Vaseline and it worked fine MINUS one Egg for that

Other Thoughts: I really love these speakers because the sound quality is very good, outstanding compared to other cheap speakers, And the wooden cabinet and heavy duty construction reminds me of stuff made in America in the 50's, Volume range is great too, Max Volume is very loud yet still very clear in quality, cant beat these. Think mine were 4.50 with free shipping- ish I had ordered 2 pair

Pros: Pretty looking paper-weight... Can't believe I paid money for these...

Cons: These speakers wouldn't pass a Quality Check. Apparently there's none... One speaker is much louder than the other... And they both produce an annoying noise...

Other Thoughts: Very disappointed, money wasted...

Pros: They actually had decent bass for USB speakers, they look nice.

Cons: There is a buzzing when they are plugged in...it doesn't seem to go away...ever.

Pros: Good quality sound for such low-end speakers, the wood finish is nice and the plastic front face feels sturdy. The usb/aux cords are a decent length and overall I am happy with my low budget Rosewill speakers!

Cons: Non at the sale price ;)

Other Thoughts: I bought these for $3.99 free shipping on a Newegg Halloween sale and for that price, how can I complain. The work well and I get no usb interference of any kind. Thanks!

Pros: You can't argue much with free. I've got to give it five eggs on that alone. Looks nice. I didn't expect the wood finish to look good but it doesn't look bad at all.

Cons: The only negative is that there is some static in the speakers any time I use my mouse.

Pros: It is free! Looks modern.

Cons: Picks up noise from USB plug. When another device is plug into USB next to where the speaker USB is connected then random static noise comes from the speakers.

Other Thoughts: I am just using it for the looks. Watching movie is ok. With Winamp, using equalizer to tweak the frequencies is manageable.
