1 out of 5 eggsHorrible quality

Pros: Got for $8 and expected little from the sound quality. Sounds like $8. I was OK with the sound, while it worked.

Cons: The quality is poor, but worth $8. After a few months, the left speaker started going out. The plug into the back of the main (sub?) was loose and causing the left speaker to cut out Eventually it just stopped working. Also the volume fluctuated (even before the speaker went out). These are worthless.

Other Thoughts: Do not buy these!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If your looking for cheap speakers, find other cheap ones. Don't waste your time. Newegg rox!

1 out of 5 eggsComplete Trash

Pros: Still works after 6 months.

Cons: Picks up FM interference, terrible sound quality. Avoid.

Other Thoughts: I highly recommend buying the Logitech S220's over these. I have the Logitech S220s and they produce much better sound. If Pixxo spent an extra $0.05 higher quality cables, the speakers would probably sound a lot better. I would expect to find these speakers in a Dollar Tree. I will never buy anything by Pixxo again.

1 out of 5 eggsDo not buy!

Pros: Bought for $8 on sale.

Cons: The quality of the speakers are the absolute worst! The sounds is not very loud either. The cords between the two speakers are incredibly short. Subwoofer is nothing but a big ole plastic box.

Other Thoughts: If you want a really good set of speakers for a good price, look into the Logitech S-220.

1 out of 5 eggsJoke spekers

Pros: They were nicly wraped.

Cons: They have a wimpy sound and you cannot spred the spekers more than 8in. So all in all they are a bad buy.

3 out of 5 eggsDecent speakers

Pros: Sounds good. Cheap.

Cons: Speakers are somewhat bulky for my setup, and the subwoofer is really small. Also the volume tuner is on the subwoofer which is a little bit of a hassle.

I feel like the speaker chords could break or short at any moment when i handle these. The chords are super tiny

Other Thoughts: Spend more money and get some better speakers..

5 out of 5 eggsFor $8.00, definitely worth it.

Pros: Kind of cool looking, I guess.

Good value for the $8.00 I paid. Even $15.00 would have been a fair price for these speakers.

Nothing spectacular, but if you're looking for a cheap speaker set and aren't looking for "performance," definitely buy these.

Cons: Maybe the speakers are a bit taller than they need to be, due to comically big stands on each of them.

Again, they're nothing special. Just extremely good value for the dollar.

Granted, if the price jumps back up, maybe look at Logitechs.

Other Thoughts: The Sub is actually shorter than both the Speakers. The "satellite" speakers, if you can call them that, or the Right/Left speakers are needlessly tall, which is a bit of a problem since I'm using them in front of my Media Center, but I turn them sideways so it doesn't block any of my screen.

4 out of 5 eggsRaptorman18

Pros: These are good speakers for the price. Yes, the cords are too short, but that problem seems to be wide spread these days, You can't complain about the sound quality of $20 speakers that you are using to listen to 128b/s mp3 files. The volume is almost perfect, not too loud, maybe they could be louder, but they are not intended to fill a room for a party, for great speakers be prepared to shell out over $150 for speakers and amplifiers. These are only 7 watts. It has a sub so the speaker set has good dynamic range for the price. For a kid's computer setup you can't beat these.

Cons: Of course the cords are too short, that seems to be so common these days. These speakers also do not have an optional headphone jack. Also the volume knob is on the woofer, so be prepared to reach down to adjust your volume. I have my woofer sitting on top of my tower so it's withing arm's length.

Other Thoughts: Good Budget speakers. You really have to increase you're spending exponentially before you start to notice an increase in sound quality. I'm a musician too, by the way.

1 out of 5 eggsshort line - no way for length expansion

Pros: sounds decent for what u pay for

Cons: the line from each speaker fuses together to connect to center subwoofer. At no point in this connection scheme are the lines removeable for expansion. This becomes a problem because the line from each speaker is literally 2 inches long before it fuses together into the center line which is also 2 inches long itself which runs into the subwoofer. As a result you can't place the speakers apart from each other (ie you can't place 1 speaker on each side of a monitor). The whole 2 speaker 1 subwoofer unit has to sit bundled up together where ever you want to place it.

Other Thoughts: Don't buy this. There's better cheap speaker solutions that at least lets you put 1 speaker on both sides of your monitor. Sound quality isn't anything to boast about either.

This is my first time buying a Pixxo product. Due to its average sound quality & poor design concept I will shy away from this brand in the future.

5 out of 5 eggsI got what I paid for

Pros: They produce sound. Great for the office.

Cons: Well, this isn't exactly a 7.1 Dolby surround system. But I didn't expect that. I knew what I was getting myself into with this. And it did exactly what I thought it would do. It's not worth taking an egg away because if you buy these with the expectation that you're getting High Def audio, then you are a cheap wad who needs to rethink your life.

Other Thoughts: It sounds like headphones in a plastic can. But if that's what you're into then knock yourself out.
