Go Rock Black Mini Portable Speaker w/ Retractable Cables (TRMS02MC-BK)

Pros: small, battery powered with decent life, retractable cable is short but works well, looks and feels well made, good price and value from Shell Shocker deal

Cons: I wish charge port was separate from the audio port. I have seen other similar designs that have a charge port. A Micro-B port would be ideal, to share cable with phone. Also the lack of a volume switch I could see as a problem for some but since I just use with my phone it is not really a problem for me.

Other Thoughts: A little speaker like this would really have to wow me for 5 eggs (actually anything I rate would almost have to break laws of physics to get a 5 from me) and I had to knock off an egg for the lack of a dedicated charge port. Still it is a nice little speaker that has a much fleshier sound than my tinny phone speaker.

Pros: Loud enough for personal use. Sounds good for it's size. I like how it has its own battery, and doesn't rely on the Phone/device to drive it. Battery lasts a long time.

Cons: Curb your expectations. This is good for personal use. It will not entertain a group of people outside.

Pros: Small, portable, easy to use, great sound, amplifies PC or iPhone much more than embedded speakers. Charges through "audio" cable with a tiny USB to Audio adapter.

Cons: Standard to bass option difficult to use.

Other Thoughts: The key to converting from bass mode to standard mode is to line up the tabs on the black bottom piece to just miss the large clips on the inside of the top silver piece. Once you push them together, then twist clockwise to make it stay. This not only puts it in standard mode, but also compresses the size of the unit to make it a bit more portable.

Pros: Price - Shell Shocker. Size, volume.
For $10 you cant expect it to be a BOSE but it was WAY better than I expected

Cons: The charging adapter is special, if you lose that, you have a paperweight.

Other Thoughts: wish I would have bought 10

Pros: Easy to use - not terribly bad sound, particularly in light of the price.

Cons: Bass isn't really all that great, but again given price, not bad. Got two, one seems to be a bit better than the other. Bad one seems almost like it's cracked a bit already. I would have given the one a 4 and the other a 2.

Pros: Small, easy to carry, self-contained, price, great sound.

Cons: No equalizer! lol... None

Other Thoughts: I got 3 of these critters and they all performed like little champions. Do you notice how I keep referring to them by their size? That's because they are really small to the point that I said "what have I done" when I got them in the mail. Don't be. They perform flawlessly and did I say they are rechargeable? Get them...

Pros: Loud
Clear sound
compact
rechargable, no batteries

Cons: none so fat

Other Thoughts: This thing impressed me. I plugged it in to my iPhone, turned on some metal, and cranked the volume. This thing has quite a kick for such a small speaker. In bass mode and with the volume cranked, i watched it bounce across my desk. It has surprisingly clear sound, and was a lot louder than i expected.

Pros: Overall, I like this product. Its small and compact. The battery is built in and rechargable.Sound

Cons: The plastic clips that hold the speaker down are cheap! One of the three were broken upon arrival. When trying to use the other two, the other broke.

Other Thoughts: I think the company needs to redesign the silver plastic top and this would be a GREAT product

Pros: surprisingly good sound(not great, but good) and cheap(caught it on sale w/free shipping). extra batteries not reqd. plugs into headphone jack or usb(adapter incl).

Cons: none yet.

Other Thoughts: not really a con, but i wouldn't have minded a volume control on the speaker instead of just using the player's control. makes a nice little gift too.

Pros: Nothing but goooood to say about this !!! Sound is great, no need for batteries.
Just a all around GREAT speaker !!!
The Price is GREAT also !!!!
