1 out of 5 eggsDOA, Out Money on the Return

Pros: The packaging and construction seemed very nice, I guess.

Cons: With all volume settings maxed on computer and speakers, it plays music at a volume barely above a whisper. Tried the speakers with multiple computers, tried different speakers with those same computers. Only the Corsairs had issues.

I contacted their support department, and they were prompt and nice, so that is a positive. They told me to return the speakers, which is great, except it will cost me $60 shipping because I was shipped a non-functional set of Corsair speakers. Awesome.

Save yourself some money and hassle and get them from a more reliable manufacturer.

3 out of 5 eggsZot

Pros: -Great sound
-Easy controls
-Stylish if you care about that kind of thing

Cons: I bought these in 2011 almost exactly 4 years ago. Last night one of the speakers blew and started smoking. Now the whole system does not work. For 250ish bucks, I wouldn't expect this of Corsair, I understand that they are 4 years old, but I would still expect them to work after 4 years of mild to moderate use. If you're good spending 250 bucks every 4 years on speakers, these sound great and work well until they go up in smoke.

Other Thoughts: If these speakers had not gone kaboom in 4 years, I would give this product 5 stars. Every other experience I've had with them has been stellar.

5 out of 5 eggsYes!! Deep powerful sound at a good price!

Pros: Best 2.1 speaker system I found to date at a reasonable price. Last great pc set was from Dells Harmon Kardon HK395.
Additional AUX inputs (2) 3.5 Jacks
I would definitely recommend this setup to a friend for sure!

Cons: If I had to pick some:
Bass speaker enclosure is kinda big!
No individual Bass & Treble settings
Your stuck with 5 or so preset EQ configurations.

Other Thoughts: In addition to my home stereo system, this pc speaker set makes an easy go to for music on the fly or online!

5 out of 5 eggsCrisp, deep, and loud

Pros: The three-way design with the robust subwoofer provides ground-shaking bass and crisp, clear sound. The system is powerful enough to fill a large room. Really an outstanding system!

Cons: The specialized connectors for satellite speakers mean this system is an all-or-nothing proposition. If any component fails, you may have to replace the whole thing instead of substituting or upgrading components.

4 out of 5 eggsGreat 2.1 Set

Pros: Great sounding speakers and the bass is overpowering. I like that the controller has different settings and EQ's. Installation was easy and so far this purchase is well worth the $200 I paid.

Cons: I might need a soundcard to fully exercise the power of these speakers. If I turn them all the way up, I begin to hear static from the tweeters.

5 out of 5 eggsThese are top flight speakers

Pros: Crisp sound and very good highs and mids. The subwoofer is hot and powerful if you don't have any neighbors. They beat my Klipsch 2.1 PC Speakers and Klipsch knows how to make speakers. But for PC speakers the Corsair are extremely hard to beat!

Cons: Expensive side of the road.

Other Thoughts: I would really recommend these to all my friends who are even close to audiophiles.

1 out of 5 eggs  never again

Pros: Is look like a nice set of speakers and it promised to be a great investment. The overall quality looks excellent I can tell. If you have an iMac or a Pc you will have the perfect convention of speakers and they look great.

Cons: They arrive in apparently great conditions. The box was in excellent condition in general. Unfortunately the left speaker never work the way it was supposed to. Corsair Custumer service is not the best and I was not willing to go trow trouble shooting and stuff. I send it back for a full refund.

Other Thoughts: Trust me when I say this. The only speakers out there that worth the money are the Bose Companion 5. Yea they are expensive but at the end of the day you get a set of great quality speakers with a beautiful lows, mids, and highs, and most important they will work 100% of the time.
