Cons: When trying to use the scanner wirelessly I was unable to connect with my Cisco Linksys Router. The default address for the router is 192.168.10.1. The third segment of the I.P. Address is out of the scanner range. I called Tech Support and spoke with Juanntho. He promised to have Tech Support return a call to me within 48 hours. This never happened. After over two days of waiting, I called Epson back and spoke with Mark, Anthony, and John. They promised to return my call. Again, this never happened. The Tech Support for this product is non-existent. Because of this, I suggest not to buy this document scanner. Pros: Document Scanner works well when used with a USB connection.

Cons: When trying to use the scanner wirelessly I was unable to connect with my Cisco Linksys Router. The default address for the router is 192.168.10.1. The third segment of the I.P. Address is out of the scanner range. I called Tech Support and spoke with Juanntho. He promised to have Tech Support return a call to me within 48 hours. This never happened. After over two days of waiting, I called Epson back and spoke with Mark, Anthony, and John. They promised to return my call. Again, this never happened. The Tech Support for this product is non-existent. Because of this, I suggest not to buy this document scanner. This is the worst Tech Support that I have experienced in years.
