It took very dim credit card receipts and made them look pristine without any additional steps. Cons: I didn't buy this sooner. Anyone want to buy a used flat bed scanner? Other Thoughts: I closed two businesses and I'm planning to move across country, and I don't want to carry tons of paper with me until the Tax people decide there is no need to call me for an audit. The ScanSnap allows me to carry all my paperwork in pdf form. It took me longer to shred my paperwork than to scan it and place it in an easy to search file. Did you find this review helpful? funpreacher 3/20/2013 5:09:37 PM Tech Level: 4/5 Ownership: 3/5 Verified Owner	Rating: 5/5Very nice Pros: Ease of use and the software works well. They fixed the scan to mapped drive- that works now. Got a usb3.0 card so no bottlenecks. Works with my Iphone pretty good. The iphone/pad app is free. Unit is compact, looks nice and works perfect. Cons: If you have a program that looks for a scanner it probably uses TWAIN. These scansnaps dont do twain. Twain requests a scan job. Scan snap tells the computer "here it comes!". I guess the two are incompatible. Other Thoughts: Keep a rag handy to wipe your coworker's drool off of it.
