The scanner I got was manufactured in Sep of 2010 compared to the ones I got from another site that were made back in 2007. I found this was easier to setup then the older models which is always a plus. Cons: Did NOT come with the RJ45 to USB cable to hook it up. Other Thoughts: If you get this I highly recommend downloading "123Scan" to be able to modify the settings to what ever you might need it to do. I was able to turn the volume of the beeps down, auto enter after every scan and also was able to turn the trigger off for auto scanning.
