It took 45 minutes to even get someone on the phone. She spent another 30 minutes telling me different key codes that wouldn't activate. Still don't have software working. Other Thoughts: The scanner is good but the software just won't work for more than two weeks. It scans the card quickly and is pretty good about reading what is on there and applying it to the right areas. The OCR function works well. Software works well with mac os X lion. Cons: HUGE con...the software it comes with is NOT compatible with Mac OS X Lion. I had to call 4 times before someone told me that and sent me a link for the new software version which works Amazingly well. Sad that support is pretty bad for this device as it does work well once you iron out the problems. Other Thoughts: I would have been happier if Dymo was easier to release that the software does not work well with Lion. I spent 4 hours total on the phone 3.5 hours of it were on hold im sure, just to find out i needed an update. shame on you dymo. 1 out of 1 people found this review helpful. Did you?
