Other USB to serial adapters blue screen the x201 without fail in windows and linux. Cons: A little flimsy on the connector end, I need it a bit more rugged. Did you find this review helpful? This device is being used to collect data from a spirometry device that measures lung capacity. Cons: Installed this adapter on a laptop with Windows 7 Home Premium.
