Pros: Added to my Dell 1720 that only had 100mb onboard
Cons: Sticks out from unit a little far (1.5"). Not too much of a problem since I leave the device on my desk when I am mobile
Other Thoughts: Dell 1720, Windows 7 32bit

This user purchased this item from Newegg
Pros: Installed just fine through Plug-n-Play on Vista x64 (was a little worried with some of the reviews). It's the only available gigabit express card I could find. Much better performance than the previous 100mbps ethernet. Reasonably priced.
Cons: Up-to-date drivers not available from Belkin. Was able to find the Marvell drivers after reading one of the reviews. Not expected gigabit performance (should be getting around 350mbps with my given drives, actually getting 250mbps).
Other Thoughts: As always Newegg rocks for delivery speed and prices. My laptop was the weak link in my gigabit network until I ordered this card. The actual adapter is somewhat bulky, probably too much for typical laptop use, but mine just sits on my desk so it's fine for me.

This user purchased this item from Newegg
Pros: Main reason I got this card is because I needed to install FreeBSD Unix on a Dell laptop, but it would not recognize the built in NIC. I got this Belkin Card, and freebsd 7.2 recognized it without a problem.
Cons: None so far
Other Thoughts: This is a useful card if you are trying to install unix on some high end laptop hardware
