1 out of 5 eggs$4 better spent at the auctions

Pros: Cheap product, quick shipping.

Cons: Does not work for some laptops and when it does, it randomly drops connectivity.

Other Thoughts: You're better off get something used from the auction site.

4 out of 5 eggsIt Works!

Pros: So far so good. For 4 bucks delivered I was suprised that it would even start, but suprise, suprise, suprise, so far it seems to be a real deal.

Cons: Only glitch, after installing their software, I had to tell it to use the XP utility to connect. The Belkin software is garbage, but so was the Edimax when I installed that one. Othere than that no problems

Other Thoughts: Would be better if they would just send drivers, not the whole connect utility. For this price what more can you ask for. It went into as $60.00, 10 year old laptop and both are alive and well.

2 out of 5 eggsReally?

Pros: When connected, does a good job.

Cons: Constantly dropped the connection, forcing restart of comp-after a hour or two, this can really get irritating! First time ever having probs with belkin products. Will get something else for daughters laptop!

1 out of 5 eggsYup DOA

Pros: None

Cons: My experience was the same as almost everyone else. It doesn't work, at all. Not even a power light would come on.

Other Thoughts: Took a risk since it was so cheap. There is another Belkin Wireless Notebook adapter that looks exactly the same, but different sku. I hope that one works...

1 out of 5 eggsDOA Right Out Of Box

Pros: There are no Pro's

Cons: Right out of the box I could not get this thing to work. I put in a new router and this card the same day as I did not have a wireless network yet. Since I bought the router local I returned it and purchased another one, upon hooking my second router up it still would not work. I then took my router, laptop and this card to a shop and paid them to tell me that this card was bad.

Other Thoughts: I tried to talk to live help several times on here and each time it said there was a wait. One time I waited for a little over an hour and a half. I just wanted to find out how to return this thing. I have bought several things through Newegg over the years and have never had a bad experience up till this one. I got real busy around the holidays as I own my own business and tonight was the first chance I had to try and return this thing. I figured out tonight what I needed to do without live help and guess what, its been a little under 2 months now and the return policy is only 30 days. I see this item is now on sale for $9.99, I paid $14.99 for it less then 2 months ago which seemed like a good price at the time of purchase. What a waste, I spent countless hours trying to get it to work, then paid a shop to tell me it was junk, wasted several hours trying to get live help so I could return it back and now I can't even return it. Even at $9.99 I would not purchase one of these!

1 out of 5 eggsDOA Junk Stay AWAY!

Pros: None other than cheap. I should have trusted my instincts and relied on the saying you get what you pay for.

Cons: DOA on arrival.

Other Thoughts: Go with the EDIMAX EW-7108PCg it works at least on the 2 IBM A20's I tried it on.

3 out of 5 eggsWell...

Pros: It works. It was on sale.

Cons: Could not get Belkin's utility to work, no matter what.

Other Thoughts: Not being able to get Belkin's utility to work is not that big of a deal for my customer who is more familiar with XP's zero config utility anyway.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat product for the price

Pros: Everything installed without any problems on a older Dell Lap-top. Card plugs in and connects like it is suppose to.

Cons: None so far

Other Thoughts: Don't get many computers in now days that would require this card but had one that needed it and for the price, I couldn't beat it. I have had nothing but good luck with Belkin products despite what others have said about Belkin.
