Pros: it's plug and play and supports hot plug.works great in my Dell laptop,it gives me 3 esata ports versus 1

Cons: none so far

Other Thoughts: if it keeps going the way it gas i would definitely buy another one

Pros: When it works it is pretty fast

Cons: It will freeze the computer sometimes, not BSOD just frozen. I've tried to find different drivers but it seems there is only one driver release from Silicon Image.

Other Thoughts: I should have bought a more expensive card, this one is junk and I am back to using my external drives on USB2 anyhow, waste of time and money
