Quantum MR-V1MQN-01 80/160GB DLT VS1 Data Cartridge 1 Pack

Pros: The Quantum VS1 tapes are highly reliable, which is most important to me. I have had 0 problems with them, and have been using them for over a year.
They work right out of the box in either 160 or VS4 drive, which is nice.

Cons: The only con is that although you can use the tape in either a 160 or VS4 drive, you can't go from one to the other after the initial format. The only way you can use a 160 tape in a VS4 or vice-versa is to degauss. This doesn't say anything to the quality of the product, just an annoying fact of life.

Other Thoughts: I have been using Quantum products for years. I have had no problems and will continue to keep using Quantum hardware.

Pros: It works. No hard errors after a few months of use. It's what my customers want for backup media - reliability.

Cons: none.

Pros: Awesome tapes. Did you know these tapes do WORM? man, these are awesome!
