Pros: Packaged well

Cons: Didn't include return shipping for the old battery recycling, after 48h charging, was able to charge only to 70%, simulated power outage and the battery stayed 2min only, now, after a week, can't charge to more than 7%.
Tried re-setting, etc, similar to the previous post.

Other Thoughts: Probably a bad batch
I'd stay away from this until NewEgg confirms that they have a new batch that is working well and waves restocking fee for confirmed duds

Pros: Easy install, well packaged.

Cons: after one week the battery is now only charging to 70% down each day a few percentages. Tried rebooting, reinstalling. Looks like maybe a dude. Will monitor for another week then ask for a replacement.

Other Thoughts: Check with your local Staples to dispose of the old battery. They do not charge for recycling these an e-waste.

Pros: Great price, especially with free Shoprunner shipping.

Cons: The clear plastic piece around the positive terminal was stuck on crooked. I had to unstick it and straighten it before I could plug in the wire. This was pretty easy.

Included with the battery is a Battery Disposal Information paper with a link to a web site for battery disposal locations. Near the top of this website is a link to "how to create your prepaid return label for spent UPS batteries" which takes you to yet another page with another link and login information for a "UPS Returns on the Web" page where you create the label.

Symptoms that the old battery was dead:
-Being awoken in the middle of the night to a high pitched whine. It was difficult to pinpoint the source at first, but it was definitely the UPS.
-PowerChute software self-test failed to complete.

Pros: Ease of installation, APC brand replacement batteries still the best !

Cons: No return shipping label to dispose of old battery

Pros: Item was well packaged and was exactly as represented in the advertisement. The battery works and the backup unit no longer alarms. The instructions that came with the battery clearly illustrated how to replace the battery. In addition, instructions were provided telling you how to obtain a free UPS return label to ship back the old battery.

Other Thoughts: I have been buying my batteries from another internet company and my last one didn't last as long as I thought it should. Hopefully, this APC battery will give me better service.

Pros: I'm replacing my APC RBC17 battery with a new one after almost 6 YEARS of continuous service. This is an amazing battery! You can buy cheaper, but why risk it? This thing will last seemingly forever.

Pros: The battery pack works as expected. i was haveing too many surges when i use the AC and the microwave, now problems solved. APC even included free return shipping for my old depleated battery.

Pros: It's a battery... it holds a charge
