Pros: I'm sure it works great, if it's the correct one for your UPS.

Cons: Stupidly overpriced.
It could be the wrong one.

Other Thoughts: I have an old APC Back-UPS Office 500 (BF500) UPS that I lost the signal cable for. I bought this (it's the only APC USB cable I could find) thinking it'd work, but the connector is too large to fit into the UPS. This is the size of an ethernet cable (but with more copper connectors, 10 of them) with a little little protrusion on it to prevent it from going into non-APC products. The port on my old BF500 UPS looks like it wants one of these sawed in half (almost phone sized I guess) and the little prong that keeps it snapped in is off centered too. Long story short, make sure this is the one you really actually need so you don't waste a small fortune on this!
