Cons: BE WARNED: It comes with a plug that does not fit into most US outlets. I had to go purchase that type of outlet just to plug it in. All of my outlet lines are 30 amp-rated but have standard outlets. Kind of a hassle just to get started.
Other Thoughts: I have not owned this unit for a very long time but will update this review later on.
Also: This unit is EXTREMELY HEAVY! I've owned many different shapes and sizes of UPS's but nothing as heavy as this one. Not necessarily a pro or con, just throwing that out there.

Pros: Solid battery backup. Keeps my HP servers running during outages like it's supposed to. Included software will email when there is an event (email a txt msg to cell phone).
Cons: costly. It is not a con for this model but, the -pro-software that comes with this model should come with the 1500 model also.
Other Thoughts: I had two HP servers with the newer efficient power supplies and when power blinked, they went dead on a cyberpower 1500. I called HP and they said get a backup over 2000watts ?what? .....I got these and now they never go dead.

Rating: 5/5review update
Pros: i forgot to add if you don't need the 20 amp socket. use a adapter, the unit will just run longer with less power draw. will not trip or heat up a 15 amp socket if your not drawing that much power works fine like that
Cons: newegg requires i write something here.
Other Thoughts: i do have 20 amp wires in my cabin but i have 15 amp GFI breakers on them with 15 amp sockets was using the UPS with adapters but then just decided to have 20 amp sockets installed where the UPS are. these UPS do not draw anywhere near or even close to my 120v 15 amp Countertop Convection Oven or my microwave not even close and thank goodness for that. i have a watt meter i picked up at the local depostore and these UPS use almost nothing when there not charging and if i remember around 50 watts charging. but they are capable of powering a refrigerator from there batteries if need be.

Rating: 5/5best protection and long run time
Pros: Good protection, lots of power and long run time to get generator going when power fails.
Cons: having purchased 3 of these units it's an investment in more ways then one. One of the units has an annoying hum but goes away if i place a heavy object on top of it, not blocking airflow of course.
Other Thoughts: i use these in my cabin, where i work on computers weekly, also have a lot of high quality electronic equipment. losing power frequently with power surges. i cannot live with out these units. i used to loose electric equipment on every outage, i have yet to loose a thing since using pure sine wave UPS. use them for tv cable modem DVR computer even keeps a lights going till i get the generator fired up. there really helpful. I started with the cheaper modified sign wave UPS and still lost electrical equipment ?:( Now i pure sine wave all the way have 4 of them total and no more issues of any kind you get what you pay for the best or a cheap knock off modified sine wave. having 3 of these units i can say the only issue i ever had was shipping damage and newegg took care of that no problem with a replacement. To the people that say there heavy. i say that means long run time! i had the lighter ones with 15 min if your lucky run time, no more! these are all good. its worth it!

Rating: 5/5best investment ever made
Pros: i perchased 2 one runs 1 hour 45 min powering my network cable modem, router, switch, hp printer, fax machine, slingbox, second powering my tivo, 9.1ch stereo with powered subwoofer, blueray player and projection tv runs 1 hour and half :) fan temp controlled, goes on every now and then for a minute depending on the temp in the room an does stay on when charging its battories even then only 1/4 as loud as my old APC
Cons: expensive
Other Thoughts: solid build works well, beeper not annoyingly as loud as my other pure sine wave units that wake me up at night during a power outage. i am very happy with this unit they run 4 times longer my powercom SMK-2000A it's running a dvr server and 16 ir cameras. i do plan on buying one more cyberpower PP2200SW for my server and use the powercolm just for the cameras. can take me up a wile some times to get the generator running depending if its snowing out or if its middle of night or if i not home and these units give me plenty of time. also may be of interest i using adapters to convert the 20amp plug to 15amp outlets since i using way below its max ratted output its not a problem the converters have a circuit breaker on them so not to worry, wish it came with converter like my ultra 1600w computer power supply did. all my UPS at times run of generatorl, i have a very good generator and my powercom 5 years cyberpowers going on 2 years and run time as long as the day i purchased them

Rating: 5/560 pounds of reliability
Pros: Very heavy but well made UPS. Solid backup. I have a water cooled I7-2600k with 16 gig of 2133 memory and an Nvidia GTX-590 with dual GPU's in my PC, and the UPS will power this machine for well over an hour! The software estimates 1 hour and 50 minutes!! I have seen the unit switch to battery several times in the last month and I could only tell because my A/C stopped running. I would not have even noticed otherwise. I have 4 CyberPower UPS's and they all are well made and work very well.
Cons: The unit weighs at least 60 pounds and probably more. The software has lost communication with the UPS a couple of times. I switched to a serial port (It was on USB) and so far I have not seen another comm loss. The weight seems to be the only drawback.
Other Thoughts: For the price you can't beat this UPS. I just wonder how long the batteries will last.

Rating: 5/5Overkill UPS
Pros: This is a very powerfull UPS. It can handle up to 1500W of continuous pure sinwave power (no more buzzing coming from your power supply). Make sure you have a strong back especially if you're hauling this thing up a flight of stairs...it is very very heavy.
Cons: 1. The fan is quite loud. Typical usage the fan will not run unless it draws more than 850w 2. Requires a 20amp receptical. If you want to go cheap you can get a 15amp to 20amp adapter. It works pretty good but I would only use that as a temporary workaround.

Rating: 5/5Great so far
Pros: Useful indicator LED's, pure sine wave, good price.
Cons: It's not specified in the info anywhere, but the plug is a NEMA 5-20P (so it won't plug into the US standard 5-15P wall socket).
Other Thoughts: I've got two well-stocked PC's on it, plus 1 21" CRT and 2 23" LCD monitors and in testing it holds them for over 5 minutes.
