The base padding is a little weak, but not too bad. Looks great and well built. Cons: Had an issue with the base of the chair's threading and could not fit a screw into it to mount the right arm. After contacting the manufacturer they sent me another chair! (so not really a negative because they went above and beyond my expectations to fix it). Did you find this review helpful? Pros: Very nice back support. I am 5'6" and it supports perfectly. The base padding is a little weak, but not too bad. Looks great and well built.

Cons: Had an issue with the base of the chair's threading and could not fit a screw into it to mount the right arm. After contacting the manufacturer they sent me another chair! (so not really a negative because they went above and beyond my expectations to fix it).
