Firm padding, lumbar support, and the overall review summary is its a heavy duty and built to last but very attractive chair! Cons: I'm an expert at assembly of furniture and I can qualify this chair to be a medium/difficult construct. Don't mix the screws(they look deceptively similar) and possibly have a partner hold pieces together during. Directions don't say tighten "very hard", just "tighten". Pros: Very sturdy and when seated it commands the feeling of lets get to work. Firm padding, lumbar support, and the overall review summary is its a heavy duty and built to last but very attractive chair!

Cons: I'm an expert at assembly of furniture and I can qualify this chair to be a medium/difficult construct. Don't mix the screws(they look deceptively similar) and possibly have a partner hold pieces together during. Directions don't say tighten "very hard", just "tighten".
