Cons: I've only had it 3 months, and it has stopped working. I had an Aurora shredder in the past and loved it, but this one is just disappointing. We're a dental office, so it's not like we're shredding tons of paper every day. We were never able to shred 20 sheets at a time as it claims. We ended up with a paper jam, that took precious time to clean out from the paper feed side, and then it wouldn't work. Did you find this review helpful? N/A 8/12/2011 10:02:26 AM Tech Level: 5/5 Ownership: 4/5 Verified Owner	Rating: 2/5Will Not Purchase Another One Pros: Secure cut size, Safety feature, Shreds Credit Cards, CDs, and Staples Cons: Door is hard to close, paper gets jammed in blades, very hard to remove jammed paper, not heavy duty although it claims to be. Other Thoughts: This machine does not do what it says it does. It does not shred 20 sheets without jamming; it doesn't even shred 10 sheets without jamming. Paper builds up in the blades and it is very hard to remove. You will have to remove the basket and pull the jams out. What's even worse is paper jams in the blades by the feeder. Good size, wheeled, shreds 20+ sheets, credit cards, junk mail unopened (!), bin easy to remove/replace. Much superior to the smaller cheapie shredders (and less noisy), and a good alternative to the higher-end, more expensive shredders. Reasonable size/capacity for a 1-to-2-person office or heavier home use. Cons: More of a bother than a 'con', but the area that houses the bin needs to be vacuumed every now and then, otherwise shredded bits accumulate resulting in the paper bin not fitting properly. This seems like an issue with all shredders having a removable bin though. Could have a longer power cord. Other Thoughts: Doesn't require much maintenance other than pouring a bit of grapeseed oil on a sheet of paper and shredding it every week or two.
