Cons: it doesn't really lock into place. there is no audible click to know its fully extended, it just kind of stops with a little bit of resistance. It does take a good amount of force to push back the tray and doesn't move around at all when its extended though Other Thoughts: Replaced a tray that came with my desk and this was actually more stable. installation was annoying, had to drill some new holes and use an impact driver to get all the wood screws in, but overall satisfied. Cons: screws didnt fit at all. plastic tray feels flemsy. dont think its going to last that long, only time will tell.
