Stopped 'sleepy behind' Pros: Turned a horribly uncomfortable office chair into a vastly more tolerable seat. My rear used to fall asleep after prolonged sitting before the cushion. Now it never happens. I'm 5'11 250 Lbs Cons: - Cushion should be wider but it does the job. - No retention mechanism. Found myself adjusting my cushion when I would slide off the chair to go under my desk to insert a disk into my PC. Works well on inexpensive folding chair or wooden chair without a seat cushion. Cons: Shop around. I would not buy this item at the “regular” price. The cushion material is firmer than I would expect based on the “memory foam” description. I would prefer a softer material such as Tempur-Pedic®. Other Thoughts: I am 5’-8” around 140 pounds. Will be great for many students sitting on one of those cheap (<$40) desk chairs. Cons: This seat cushion is much smaller than most good office chairs and too small for most American adults. Before you buy this, take a ruler and measure your chair seat. Other Thoughts: My office chair seat is 22" wide and 19.5" deep and is not an unusally large chair for $150. This cushion is more like a wedgy in my chair. I am a 6 ft tall 200 lb. male.
