Cons: My order was cancelled an hour ago because the chair was not found in warehouse.

Other Thoughts: i ordered chair two weeks ago. in 10 days i still did not receive it and noticed it is being in packaging status. i called newegg, they advised to wait a couple of days. No email received and i called them again. Again they advised me to wait another couple of days but emailed me cancellation with apologies. I found order deleted from my account but the product is steel in stock and offered for sale.

Pros: I bought this chair because of the mesh seat, which has an adjustable tension scale up to 225 lbs. The chair itself can accommodate up to 250 lbs, according to the manual.

Cons: The back of the chair attaches to the seat with three screws. Whoever wrote "lightly tighten the screws before final install" clearly never put one of these together. The screws on my chair were too snug in their holes and I couldn't tighten them in their final position.

I ended up taking off the arm rests, flipping the seat onto a chest-high drawer, and holding the chair's back down with a knee in order for it to settle at the right angle. Even then, it took me almost an hour to tighten all three screws to the point where I simply couldn't push them any further, and there's still a bit of sideways play in the way the back attaches to the seat.

Other Thoughts: If I had to do it all from scratch, I would first tighten the screws all the way into the back piece in order to loosen their grooves. The screws accept a Phillips or a flathead screwdriver. While a previous reviewer recommends using a large Phillips, I found mine slipped out too easily so I had to resort to a flathead.

Also, the box that the chair arrived in was torn, but there was no damage to the chair itself. (This happened to some of my other Newegg purchases as well.)

Pros: Metal framing around the seating and chair backing feels surprisingly solid. The install took me less than 5 minutes with a good wide-head Phillips. The parts are minimal (like 5 screws total).
This chair is indeed BOSS Status.

Cons: None yet

Other Thoughts: Not a CON because it is a tool related issue, but the chair back is held on by 3 heavy duty screws that from a normal sized flat head. You need an over-sized Phillips. Just a warning :)
