Pros: I was very excited to get a good quality computer chair and this one did not disappoint. It was easy to assemble and looks very sleek. It did take me a while to get used to the feel as my prior chair did not give me the best back support, but long term I've felt the difference of having the improved posture. It's easy to clean given that there's no fabric, the seat is spacious, and it's easy to customize the heights of the seat and arm rests. It feels very sturdy yet moves easily. Very happy with my purchase.

Cons: A neck rest would have been nice, but it's hardly a huge downfall. And the arm rests are a bit far apart for me as a 5'2" gal, but given that I'm shorter than average, I doubt that will affect many. It may be a pro for some!

Other Thoughts: I would recommend it to others.

Pros: None

Cons: The mechanism for adjusting the chair are made of plastic and don't work as they should. The arm rests move from side to side. Cannot adjust the height of the back support when i move up to the desired position it goes back down, doesn't stay up.
There is NO support for your neck.

Other Thoughts: Very expensive for the quality of this chair in general.
Have cheaper chairs that provide better comfort than this one.
Very disappointing purchase.

Pros: These are great chairs! very comfortable. They seem well built, usually chairs last about a week here (Surveillance 24/7 Operation) and the two i bought are still like new!

Cons: none yet!

Pros: If you have to sit in a computer chair for extended time this is perfect... all adjustable and it breaths so your back or bottom doesn't sweat... Super sturdy built (all metal except accent pieces). You get what you pay for and $300 for this chair is a steal (else where they wanted $600+)

Cons: None... only con is ur bottom won't want to get outta it!
