I was expecting more...
Pros: Style and finish. This chair looks incredible in person. The image doesn't do it justice. Can definately impress with looks.
Cons: Not as comfortable as i expected it to be, especialy for the price. It feels like the extra layer of foam isn't even an extra layer for the center of the seat. But the area surrounding the center is fine. I was expecting a chair that i could sit in for hours without havnig to take a break else where, but i'm constantly finding myself readjusting. Yeah, in case anyone is wondering, i did give this chair a few days to "break in." Would have been better if they added more foam. Also, it was a slight pain assembling this chair. Four of the holes of the chair didn't line up properly without force, but i managed. I should probably note that tilting isn't one of the perks of this chair. To tilt you have to release the lock on the bottom, even then there's not much to the tilt.
Other Thoughts: The design of this chair relies on the weight of the chair and perhaps even the user to maintain stability and for lifting and dropping the chair. There are no screws or rods used when assembling the "neck" and wheel stand. If you lift the chair and shake it, the support may fall off. Also, this chair is NOT for those that weigh more than 250 lbs (according to the manual). Anyone less than 5'11" may find their feet dangling when the chair is raised to its maximum. Overall, i can't really recommend this product, unless you want something that looks really nice.
