Pros: Has good quality sound when works, concept is good, easy to add songs. Small, easy to carry.
Cons: Died after second charge. Wont turn on, wont reset. Other reveiws of similar product, have same problems. Now I see why its offered at discount, I got a RMA on this one.
Other Thoughts: I will go back to my older model of Sansa, works fine, just that it is twice as large, and half the storage, but ok to me. I like the reliability of the older model.
