Pros: Small size/lightweight, handy clip, has screen readout, sound quality, great earbuds, long battery life (USB rechargeable), 4gb is nice, silver color is sharp, EQ, FM radio, standard USB type plug (ie: same as my Canon digital camera).
Cons: Screen is tough to read in sunlight, no memory upgrade, a little slippery...recommend silicone cover.
Other Thoughts: 4-1/2 eggs. So far, this re-certified Sansa has performed flawlessly. It would get 5 eggs if I could read the screen better outdoors. Another review said the black one is easier to read, so the 2nd one I ordered for my wife at newegg is black.
The sound is superior. The Sansa earbuds are great quality. I wish it had an SD card slot for future memory upgrades, but 4GB is still plenty of room. If I needed an 80GB player I'd have bought one for that purpose, but I would still want this small player too.
I kicked around buying an ipod shuffle, but this was priced much better (and I would hate not having a screen readout), plus the reviews for these Sansa clips are fantastic. Now I know why.

Rating: 5/5Love Mine!!!!
Pros: Excellent bang for the buck. Excellent sound quality. Great battery life. Easy to use. Very light weight, so I barely know it's there.
Cons: Sometimes difficult to read display in bright sun.
Other Thoughts: I bought mine refurbished over a year ago for a few bucks more. My ear buds finally gave out after a bit over a year of abuse, but I use this thing every day for biking, running, or skiing. That's pretty good in my book. Got a new set of ear buds and still use it every day.

Cons: waiting for the full title to scroll across the sreen can be a pain but the reward comes in battery life.
Other Thoughts: if you want bling get an ipod. If you want a brilliant mp3 player get this

Rating: 2/5Worked great for 4 months
Pros: I bought one of these through Woot and it worked great for a while. Compact size, long lasting battery, FM tuner and voice recording all in an MP3 player.
Cons: After about 4 months it started getting 'corrupt'. It locked up on some songs. Now it locks up on the initial power-up screen every time. I tried reset, format, firmware, etc. and it's just a paperweight now.

Rating: 5/5Great
Pros: small size but 4 gigs of memory and battery lasts a long time.
Cons: don't drop it often
Other Thoughts: had purchased one with 2 gigs a few years back and it finally took a dump after dropping it a few times but I must say this new one has a much longer battery life than the last one, 15 hours so I'm a happy listener. Never leave home without my mp3 player

Rating: 4/5Rugged player, or just lucky?
Pros: This player managed to survive the laundry, with the aid of the "stick it in a bag of rice for a week" trick. It's also hit the pavement from a moving bicycle, and been dropped more times than I can count. Somehow it still works!
Also, it worked flawlessly right out of the box on both Slackware and Arch Linux, which was a pleasant surprise. Also makes a handy stand-in for a thumb drive.
Cons: Blue-on-black LED display is illegible in any kind of sunlight, so it's not ideal for outdoor use, hence the 4/5 rating.
