I like the quick control buttons along the side Cons: Battery and display started acting up in the 3rd month, then completely died in the 4th month. Technical support would not believe me and had me go through the useless drill of reinstalling firmware. No luck. Philips would not fix or replace because of lost receipt. Other Thoughts: I read online that other people have similar problems. So, to all prospective buyers: DO NOT BUY 2 out of 3 people found this review helpful. Did you? Cons: Songbird software useless but Real or Winamp can be used. Battery life not long. Volume output not great. Can not add additional storage. Cons: Phillips Songbird app just does not work, or would play a song for about 15 and quit. The Android error messages are totally useless. The device comes loaded with oodle of useless apps, and the one main app (playing music) does not work. Other Thoughts: Android is such a terrible user unfriendly interface.
