Pros: Touch screen, wifi internet connection allowing you to view the actual website and not the phone version for FREE! great quality sound. loud and no static wash with the raise of volume. Pictures and vidios are clear and beautiful with no problems seeing pixles. fluent vidio with no lag or miniature pauses inbetween. games keep me entertained during work. i am currently in afghanistan and it has survived the brutality and sand that i have put it through (so far only 2 scratches). Hard back case has a nice contribution to this. i have dropped it multiplul times and it is not phased by my body armor, again very solid. Set your own background also an awsome ability for this device. even the downloadable music player on Zune.com works awsome.

Cons: Could use a few more games from online but no real complaints.

Pros: Very sleek looking, easy to use device. Interface is excellent, video/music is an A+ (and better than the touch). The browser is decent, good marketplace (mostly for music/videos), HD Radio is cool. Zune Software is also very good, better than iTunes IMO.

Cons: Few apps compared to the ipod Touch, but you know that going in. Having actual volume buttons on the side would've been nice too.

Other Thoughts: Last July (09) I had a decision between the ipod touch and ZuneHD. I am one that likes MS products - not perfect, but I've had good experiences with them and I liked (at the time) the potential of the hardware of the Zune as well I wasn't planning on using apps much.

And I don't regret my decision - yeah I wish the zune had a ton of apps, but otherwise no complaints really.

Pros: Very sleek, the software really isn't that bad, not quite sure what everyone was complaining about. The zune pass is also a big plus. Easy to operate.

Cons: Not too many apps available, but who gives a hoot.

Pros: I am very impressed with this product. I have wanted a Zune HD for a long time but never got around to buying one, but this came free with my Beats By Dre headphones and let me say, this thing is amazing. Most will dissagree but I think the zune software is alot better than itunes. There may not be as much customization but it sure looks nicer and is much more user friendly. And the zune itself is just plain sexy as is the interface. And there is also now an app store. Not many apps but the games are fun and there all FREE. The sound quality is amazing, though I will not compare it to my old iphone because I didn't get to hear that through the beats so it would be unfair. I was very impressed by the web browser. I thought it would be horrible like the web browser on any lg phone, but its actually very smooth and pretty quick. The entire UI is just much smoother than I expected. Oh ya, and the screen looks amazing.

Cons: I wish the volume rocker was actually a volume rocker instead of just a button to bring up virtual controls.

There IS an EQ but it kinda sucks. Its just one of those "rock, hiphop, vocal, ect." ones.

Other Thoughts: What the hell is that rubber part at the bottom for? Couldn't they have just made the screen bigger or added maybe a volume up/down or play/pause buttons?

Pros: I absolutely love this thing. I bought this after using my friends, and I have never been happier with a portable media player. The interface is intuitive, the touch screen responsive, and the video/audio outputs are crisp and clear. Getting WiFi and Apps is a bonus.

Cons: It doesn't have a laser?

Other Thoughts: I wish the battery life was a little longer, especially when using WiFi, but it's not bad.

Pros: I love this machine. I like the way it feels when using it. The response is excellent. I have not had any problems with it so far. I brought 2 one for my wife and myself. She loves hers as well. The function of it is good and plenty of storage space is nice. The HD Radio is excellent you can tag the music you like.

Pros: The zune hd is definitely different than everything garbage, i mean... Apples been producing, and its a little different from everything else out there so people are bound to complain about not being able to use it because their too lazy to figure it out. It has a much longer battery life than its predecessors. Its very slim and the screen is very vibrant, if somewhat small. Its got the ipod touch beat in every aspect as far as being an mp3 player, and all the apps are free, so i cant complain about the low selection too much.

Cons: I do miss my old zune 120, 32 gigs just doesnt quite cut it sometimes. Th ipod touch does have a little bit more screen real estate, but the quality of the zunes screen does compensate for its size a bit. The interface does take a bit to get used to, but like i said its different, people complain if somethings different. And the thing has 720p video output, its pretty nice if you have a dock to just pop your zune in and watch hd movies without dishing out on blue ray.

Other Thoughts: Overall i gotta say i like it. Its nice and small, and it is a decent little media player for the money. I just hope M$ makes a 120 gig model.

Pros: Great hardware. Nice screen. Responsive. Internet enabled with built in browser. Sounds great.

Cons: Microsoft followed Apples lead into locking the user into their horrible proprietary software. This is a bad thing. You must use the zune software if you want to upload songs/videos to the unit. It does not allow you to use it as a mass storage device for quick upload/deletion of files.

Other Thoughts: Not being able to use the item as a mass storage device kills this item for me. I wanted to get away from Apple's software lockdown, but Microsoft is just as bad now. Returned it the next day.
